I've played MK II on Sega Genesis with both a 3 button pad and a 6 button pad.
Playing with the 6 button pad is so much easier.

Anyone else notice that the part starting at 0:11 bears a striking similarity to the arcade version's Goro's Lair music? Aforementioned part is also used as the MD version's continue music.

@Wolfschtein Yep. The genesis version's music are jumbled to different stages... e.g. tower's music on the kombat tomb, etc.
