This is regular CM7 with Launcher Pro Plus widgets. To get it, just install CM7 (or any ROM) then download this ---> chomikuj.pl/okti/Android/Launc­her/LP.SenseUI.1.5.0.3,5556195­54.apk

Its in another language but you just click a big button (download button) and download. Thumbs up if I helped!
