No, he's not chasing people online. If you get a cop car in single player, you can access the police computer and do vigilante missions from there.

to do police missions you must get a police car on single player when not moving press L1 or whatever you have on x-box or pc then you will have an option of criminals to kill select one and then it will mark them on your radar then kill them however you like. =]

its most likely a combination of the 360 and me. Then first one broke for no reason so i blame the 360. the second i broke because i punched the xbox when the cd was in it.

@YankeesRule2009 Kick cop ass until they send patriots your way then when they get there jack one and lose the cops or use cheat code to lose the cops. or use cheat code in the first place without the cop issue lol
