  • very nice recording. I am currently studying this sonata and I somewhat prefer Emil Gilels' interpretation over this one. I notice that she rushes and then slows down - the clarity and expression of this recording doesn't even compare with Gilels.

  • far from perfect. she should have not played this piece. she should have played Liszt and Chopin

  • My preferred Beethoven's sonata, I really love it and I love Martha too, but I must to say this version is far away from Arrau's version wich is for me the benchmark ( watch?v=AyifR6B_CrE )
