Dude, spend more than 3 seconds before spouting trash. I found the video you are referring to. Bush leaned over to receive an award (metal on a ribbon) to be placed over his head and around his shoulders. Dude ... it wasn't anywhere near a bow. You need to wake up. I tried to find video of what you describe and can not. If you have a link I would be interested. I know Bush held his hand which I understand is a symbol of mutual respect, but Obama bowed with is a show of servitude. It may have been a simple faux pas, but why lie about it now? Like most people, I'm not an expert on these protocols and wouldn't have thought much about it had they not tried to spin this so poorly. They're just making it worse and showing their inexperience in these matters
