Thank you. Well I dont know if it HAD to be. LOL I was hoping it could go through. Maybe after 2 years someone deserves it.
Although as far as Gootube is handling the partner system, you can find a few channels which are completely new and it makes you wonder.

And there will be Utubia gatherings in various places. I'm sure you will be close enough to one of them.
I put my request in at least three months ago.
I thought I'd make a new application but decided not to when I saw it said it was still under review two weeks ago. I even made an adsense account just in case.
