@gallaheralicia sorry. Sometimes when shooting I have to take extreme care to not hit the mike with my hear, so while I normally don't move my hair, the sound person indicated I had to move it. Plus there are a lot of breaks between cuts where I wash my hands, prep etc. but you don't see that as it is on the cutting room floor. Thanks for watching.

Sorry...Crackin' up at the salt and pepper packets. Sea salt and freshly cracked pepper would really set that dish off. (Also, garlic) This is one of my favorite dishes.
