looks like a good exercise. Not sure if it'd be something I would try myself though, as it looks rather dangerous. Or if I do try, I will definitely use very very light weight. What do you think?
@deane8 yeah, definitely start with light weight, or even dumbells first that way you can always just drop em to the side if you can't push em up. Also a plus if you have a spotter. With stability exercises you never wanna go too heavy anyway. My set before this one I pushed out 10 reps, but the camera angle was bad.. this set wasn't as strong.
