With all due respect to Alabama they were a fantastic team in 2009 with one of the best coaches in the nation. I am a gator fan and I was happy to see Alabama go represent the SEC if not Florida. As far as the better team goes , Alabama that day was the better team. 1 team isnt better than every other team every week, at least in the SEC. Florida and Alabama had questionable wins over " weaker" sec teams. I personally believe that there is no football like football in the south and SEC.
