It's great to see some good tutorials being created by Accoustica! This one looks very interesting.

I haven't bought MixC5 yet because I was put off by it grinding to a alt using 4.5 on my laptop. I think I had too many tracks at one time so the buffering couldn't cope. Would prob do the same if I buy MC5.

@Topdoginuk Try the version 5 download trial version.  You can freeze tracks or bounce/merge tracks together if the CPU is too active. Also there is a CPU meter that keeps track of how much CPU Mixcraft is using vs your entire computer.

I wonder if it's it's cheaper to update from 4.5 to 5 as I only got it last Oct.

@Topdoginuk We still have Mixcraft 2 available for download on our site in case a customer wants it. Version 5 and 4 do not interfere with each other. You can actually have them loaded on your computer at the same time. Note that projects created in version 5 will not load in version 4, though.

I didn't request the DVD box version because I didn't know if there was any advantage to this. I just payed for registration code.

I was wondering, can I put a movie I created onto a SD card into the video track in MC5? And can I use Kaosilator Pro SD creations on a SD card into MC5?

Also, how do I freeze tracks or bounce/merge tracks together? Will U do more vids pls?

@Topdoginuk Yes, we are. We have a lot of new videos coming. You can also request them now on our mini tip section on our website at Acoustica.

This is not the best place for support, but, in regards to the movie, you can load it as long as their is a codec for it. Check your help file for video. To do those track options, select a track and click the track menu. You cannot merge tracks together at this time. However, you could solo those tracks and mix it down.
