I have to say this: I HATE THE NEW SOUND EFFECTS that have been added to these Robotech videos. The sounds that you hear when they shoot at each other or fly around are not the original sounds. The people who produced this "remastered" version have changed the sound effects. I thought I could get use to it, but I can't. I want the original sound fx!
I got this episode from an online shop and was confused from that line. Makes no sense. Glad to see it's actually in there, but at the same time I'm very confused of it's placement.
@laughingfurry The re writers of the show probably just couldn't find a good alternative to the actual japanese line and threw that in there for a joke, it may have been a dead serious moment in the japanese show mospedea.

Was their an edit between the time Lunk first stares at Lancer showering, to the point where the camera finally pans upward to the water sif? That was a long stare in between those to points. LOL.
There's plenty of non-sequitur dialogue in Robotech, but "Get a job!" is the BEST! WTF?! That line just comes out of nowhere! And it's not as if Rand is gainfully employed either! LOL!
