This reminds me a lot of Jim Ether's film "Alert" you should look it up, very similar DIY experimental ethos from America.

Similiar to this trailer? Or have you watched more of my stuff? Because this trailer isn't really all that representative of the film as a whole. I'd like to check out some stuff by him, either way, that Alert thing seems interesting.

I was saying this scene in particular. Jim Ether mostly uses animation in the rest of his film. I watched other trailers though and the sound does seem similar.
