  • Anyone seen any video reviews or read any online reviews about the e-book

April Curran Meets the Vampire of Crimson Cove High School?

  • wrong, he was in harry potter and the goblet of fire. get your facts right, critic.

  • robert pattinson was in harry potter and the goblet of fire, not order of the phoenix

  • The only thing he said that was true was that kristen stewart was really good!

  • The New Twilight Movie was hearty ! watch it @ t w i l i g h t - n o w . c o m

  • New Moon is awesome ! I found it as a freebie @ twilight - now . c o m

  • The Twilight Saga was lovely ! You can watch it at t w i l i g h t - n o w . c o m

  • Twilight is greatest movie ever ! I found it as a freebie at twilight-free (dot) com

  • Twilight is gay..not the good gay... just gay

  • This review failed the moment that he mentioned Kristen Stewart. "A good actress!?" You have got to be kidding me. L-O-L

  • this guy has no clue that's a flaskback in order of the phoenix robert pattinson is in the goblet of fire stupid

  • Jesus, who ever pays that guys pay check should think about spending that money better...

he does not have a single clue, probably slept throughout the movie if he even watched it.

the main plot is not about good vampires against bad vampires and it was seriously not only aimed for 12 year old girls. It's ok if he doesn't like it personally, but he doesn't play very fair, just because it's not his kind of movie.

  • The movie was extremely disappointing. Didn't like the script, or the acting. Though, the scenery was beautiful.

It just didn't live up to the book. Not even close :-/

  • Watch my video, really funny

  • His part in Order of the Phoenix is only flash back from his part in Goblet of Fire

  • It's been so many times I've heard or read Twilight (the movie) review but like this one most of them don't really get the point. What did that mr actually said in this review? I enjoyed the movie myself though I am bit dissapointed that it lacked the chemistry between Bella and Edward. Few of the scenes were just not in the movie and if I hadn't read the book first I would have no clue how did they romance/love begin. And Kirsten Stewart to good for the movie?...

  • wasnt he in goblet of fire not order of the phoenix?

  • well he showed up in the order of the phoenix, but only in a dream/flashback when Harry was remembering the graveyard scene so he was sort of in it

  • lol that was a terrible review.

no real insight what so ever.

i personally didnt really like the movie though. although, oddly enough, im kind of excited to see new moon cuz it looks way more badass :P

  • This was not a super hero movie lol...am I wrong or do professional critics rarely have a clue of what they talk about? Most critics are so fast to shoot down what "they" don't approve of that they don't dissect the aspects of the film, which is the whole point of being a critic, get real jobs you morons.

  • hjbougyh9uh

  • i was dragged by my friend to see this movie,i just thought it was boring the story is predictable and yes i am using my friend acout as you can see major fanpire,im more of annne rice fan myself,so please correc me let me guess they get married she becomes vanpire and they hapyly ever after.

  • Do me a favor. Read the other books before you form a solid opinion. Seriously, you can hate them later...or ,maybe not! Just give them a chance. I think you'll like them!

  • did he just say "order of the pheonix"??? cuz i'm pretty sure he's in goblet of fire as one of the main/secondary characters. but i luveeeeeddddddd twilight. and the movie isn't aimed at twelve year old girls. it's from 11 to like 18.

  • You are correct. . And this guy doesn't have a freaking clue! The movie wasn't aimed at twelve year olds. I am a thirty something Mom and I loved the books and the movie as well. As Stephanie Meyer said, she wrote the book for herself. I suppose that is why it has such a broad appeal.

  • woops, i forgot. love kristen for portraying a very likable bella. she sounded like a fangirl for the most part of the book, and kristen stayed true about that, but not in annoying way.

  • i really dont like it when people say the plot started when james and co. came in. it totally dismisses the real conflict of the twilight saga: forbidden love. the james thing was just a sidestory compared to how the conflict of their relationship was treated. more important than how james was dangerous to bella was how edward was dangerous to her. i guess the problem of the movie really is that if you havent read the books, it would be really hard to appreciate it.

  • the books are ALOT BETTER than the movie. but the movie was okay i guess...

  • the book is a rip off of the vampire saga by darren shan , check it out, the ages dont match but everything else dones plus shan is a waay better writer

  • The movie was great and the books are AMAZING!

  • its not a "super hero movie" Its a love story. A very good love story. The books are excellent!

  • I still love Twilight. I enjoyed the movie; it was the best as far portraying the book into a movie. It can't be "super duper perfect!" Everyone has their opinions, but I loved it.

The review makes sense. For him. But he shouldn't be speaking for everyone. And it isn't only for twelve year old girls. Anyone can see it and enjoy it.

  • Aaare ya suuuuuuuuuure? :)

  • Xenshieko, I am totally sure. I am a smart person. If you knew me you could know. I have been a successful person all my life and I am finishing my studies of psychology right now.

Bluflavorice, you are totally right!! the books are excellent! I totally love them. Twilight is a beautiful love story.

Sorry for my english if I made some mistakes. I am learning english.

  • Completely.

  • I love the movie, I love the books, and Im not retarded.

  • Aaare ya suuuuuuuure? :)

  • actually robert pattinson was in harry potter and the goblet of fire, no the order of the pheanix

  • this guys a fucking barney!!

  • people who loved this movie either have never read the book, are retarded, or both.

  • People who have read the book and liked it ARE retarded. Stephanie Meyer couldn't write a line of prose to save her life.

  • Comment removed

  • hm, i disagree with almost everything he said.

  • He didnt get the facts right, Robert was in the goblet of fire, not order of the pheonix! Twilight is an excellent movie! Both for teens and adults

  • stupid this movie wasnt as bad as The Love Guru or HSM and stupid disney movies so its not the worst.

  • still pretty fucking bad

  • dude and ppl older than 40 loved this movie and robert pattinson was in the goblet of fire not order of pheonix GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT

  • I'm in the 40+ age catergory and I loved the movie. So your point of view about it not being for adults is not so correct. A number of friends also in the adult age group thought it was great too, mainly females but nevertheless enjoyed both the movie and the books. Now we're all hanging out to buy the DVD.

  • pattinson was in harry potter goblet of fire not order of the phoenx

  • he was in both.

  • he couldnt have been in the order of the phoenix coz his character cedric died in the goblet of fire

  • He is credited for both because his picture is on the mirror in the practice room, and Harry and Chou talk about him.

  • Oh...yeah I remember now :P

  • I couldnt get over the stuttering acting thing. And Jasper looked constapated and Edward looked like he was jizzing in his pants the whole time.

  • lmao you talk exactly like Kristen Stewart did in the entire movie.

  • yea and you suck and obviously dont know your shit!!

twilight is fricken awesome and anyone with a fricken brain would know so....

you dont have to be a twelve year old girl idiot!!! twilight has fans of ALL AGES!!!

  • the plot is more about the romance between bella and edward..not the good vs evil vamps!

  • twilight sucks RAINBOWSHIT out of my ass

  • Acting sucked. Movie sucked. Books suck. Edward and Bella suck.

  • you suck!

  • Only in the best possible way ;)

  • i love Twilight so much!!!

  • this guy is a bizotch!

    <33333 EDWARD/ROBERT 4EVER!

  • The plot is about Edward and Bella not fighting -.- he doesnt know what he's talking about and Rpattz was in goblet of fire not order of phenoix

  • what is he talking about. The good plot is Edward and Bella...Hes stupid!!!!! i mean really he must not have read the book.

  • did this guy read the books? i guess he didn't XD

  • this guy has no idea what this movie is about does he!?!?!?

  • rob was in order of the pheonix but only for a lil lil bit but he was mainly in the goblet of fire!

    3/5 movie review

  • btw robert pattinson starred in harry potter and the goblet of fire so get your sources right

  • How did U get a job as a movie reviewer. YOU FREKKIN SUCK. YOU DONT KNOW WTF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT YOU DUMBASS. HAVE YOU EVEN READ THE BOOK? ITS NOT ABOUT FIGHTING ITS A LOVE STORY ASS HOLE.

  • It's a movie review, not a book review. Reviewing the movie work, and his impression of the book and its plot based on how it came across through Catherine Hardwicke's direction.

Oh, and learn how to spell honey, and you don't have to abuse caps lock.

  • Sorry.... I just didnt like his review. He just sounds like he thinks its a horrible movie and it wasn't. He also didnt have to say that it was a movie only for twelve-year-old girls. He sounds like he dosent even get the main plot (which he mentions nothing about in this review).

  • I agree, he failed completely to even mention a plot. It was a fair review in other areas but to give a brief explanation of the plot would have been a little more welcomed.

  • the point of a review to to say what you thought of a movie, not what it's about. Besides, if you see this you obviousy have internet and can get the summary elsewhere. The book was crap too, seriously, the whole "I'm dark and dangerous yet you're shallowly attracted to my looks even though I'm a douche". Bella is probably the weakest famle character I've ever seen, she shows no strength and relies on the "man", pathetic.

  • ur voice makes me wanna punch a baby(dane cook reference)

  • your voice and the way you say stuff is kind of boring. It seems you couldn't care less about this review like you just care about the money they're paying you after they say cut.

  • he was IN GOBLET OF FIRE! and dun u hav an ounce of romance in ur blood?

  • robert pattison was in goblet of fire not order of the phoenix

  • shit review....good vs.evil vampires isint the main plot the edward/ bella love story is

no he was'nt in the order of the phoenix he was in the goblet of fire.....

  • For two of the greatest love songs that fit perfectly with the movie "Twilight" listen to "Winter Air" and "This is Love" by the band Annasay. You can hear the new Annasay songs on itunes and youtube

  • Your voice is dull and has no tone.

which made the whole review boring.

    sort it out.

  • Come on! Age, gender, whatever. Books and movies are created to entertain or inform, whether they are loved, hated, critiqued and discussed. I've read the books but haven't seen the movie, and have enjoyed the opinions of those who've done both. Differences of opinion about the books, or the movie's actors or special effects are interesting, but not others personally trading insults. Everyone has a right to their opinion.

  • thats great that ur an 'advid' reader, of books to! (as opposed to...), but maybe u should focus ur 37 year old passion on pasternak, dickens even austen or anyone more worthy of it

  • Thanks for the "Concern" over my 37 year old passion, but there is no need for you to worry. Like I said I read lots and lots of books. Shakespeare and Mark Twain happen to be some of my favorite Authors. I also study Anatomy and read Editorials on Cancer research. As, I am A Cancer Nurse. So, if I want to read some books about a Vampire that falls in love thats my business. As, I think I'm entitled to read fantasy fiction in my spare time!! Again, thanks for the concern. But, no need for it!

  • shakespeare was a playwright and poet, why did 'a cancer nurse' require capitals? and u do realise saying u read 'lots and lots of books' makes u sound like a moron, cause books in the vain of twilight don't count. u didn't just read the books, u went and saw the movie and complained about a negative review of it

  • Yes, I complained about the review of the Movie to a Critic. I did not go and "attack" someone's comment. You on the other hand are "attacking" me personally due to my age! I read the books after my 16 yr old daughter brought them to me. I'm not going to justify your comments to me anymore. I don't haveto explain myself to anyone but my husband. And, everyone is different otherwise you wouldn't feel that you need to put people down.

  • u have to explain urself to ur husband? thats a fantastic example of feminine solidarity ur setting for ur daughter. and yes ur age offends me, these books should not be enjoyable to someone with 37 years of life experience, read dostoyevsky for goodness sake, the world is going to shit if i grow up to be as stupid as u

  • 1. totally and completely butting in, but:

    2. i fully agree with shiftyLN

    3. if you are 37 you should be reading a lot more mature things, not that im anyone to tell you what to read but twilight is not exactly quality literary work; it's for 12 year olds.

    4. "i don't have to explain myself to anyone but my husband?" jeez, what is he, a mormon? stand up for yourself and BE A WOMAN, not some weak wife that is completely owned by her husband.

  • I'm not that sure about your comment on the film's main plot being 'the good vampires against the bad ones'. The book revolves around Bella and Edward falling in love with each other, and in a way, the vampire jig is just to spice things up. So for me the plot kicked off on the 20th minute when Edward saved Bella from the incoming van.

First round of the movie gave me mixed impressions, but I fell in love with it the second go :).

And yeah, Rob played Cedric Digory in Goblet of Fire.

  • They both did suck....hard!

  • Kristen is an interesting looking girl?? Lolz. Spunk was in GOF not OOP, by the way.

I do agree that Kristen was very good as Bella, in looks as well as acting. None of my friends seem to think that she was very good, but I thought she was excellent.

  • I do agree. She has an interesting face & eyes...every unique. She will do well if she chooses her movies well from now on.

  • god rob is in hp goblet of fire not order of....

  • i didn't like the movie but i did love rob pattinson as edward. i hated kristen as bella, i thought she's just awful in this film. but then again maybe she's the right actress for the part, i hated bella in the books and i hated kristen as bella even more. they keep comparing twilight to harry potter and vampire chronicles but it's nowhere near as good. the success of the books is mainly because of edward. he's a memorable character. bella just happened to be the girl he fell in love with.

  • I am 18 years old and a die hard Twilight fan, but you have to admit would Twilight be pleasing to a 40 something year old male? I think he gave the best review He himself could have given in, It probably reminded him of something a young girl would like. But i think we all know he doesn't speak for everyone.

  • You absolutely have NO idea about what grownups want!!! I am 37 yrs old and I have read all the books along with many of other grownups in our "Moms" Twilight Fan Club!! We absolutely loved this Movie!! It has nothing to do with the "Action" scenes. It's a love story between a Vampire who finally finds his Soul mate in a human!! You need to research more before you do a critique of a Movie you know nothing about!!!

  • omg i'm so embarressed for u, keep that to urself. read dr. zhivago or something if u want romance

  • No need to be embarrased for me!! And, when I am very passionate about something I will not keep it to myself. I have read Dr. Zhivago, Romeo and Juliet, Gone with the wind, and Mansfield Park to name a few. I am an advid book reader and part of a Book Club. There is nothing wrong with Stephenie Myers' story. Thanks!!!!

  • thats great that ur an 'advid' reader, of books to! (as opposed to...), but maybe u should focus ur 37 year old passion on pasternak, dickens even austen or anyone more worthy of it

  • I disagree w/you. I think more adults share his opinion than yours & that of your fan club. Having said that, this person watched the movie, hated it & explained why. People don't have to read the books (research) to form an opinion on a movie they've watched. I'm glad he didn't read the books b/c at least his opinion was objective w/o bias. I read the books & watched the movie, but I'm not a rabid fan. Ergo I am not willing to overlook this movie's horrible dialogue & bad acting. Neither was he

  • when kyle says about how it takes like an hour to get into the main plot, that's the whole point! in the book it takes forever to get to the whole idea of the "bad" vampires trying to get Bella. If it didn't do this it wouldn't be true to the book, which in other youtube videos, fans have been complaining about. But it would be better, i feel, if the movie was longer and completely faithful to the book. It's very annoying when movies of books blow off the main ideas in them and gets them wrong.

  • kristen stewart and rob patt sucked at their roles like seriouslly

  • I agree

  • i know! ty!!!

  • I agree they did not even come close to how I felt bella and edward would be.

  • If he would have known what the movie is actually about, he would not have thought that the story was about the vampires fight. its a love story, so the "main plot" starting an hr into the movie was not a correct representation of the film. This review was horrible. Learn about your material, before criticizing it. This is coming from a 21 year old male. Not the Target audience.

  • omy..i loved the movie sooo much..and did anybody else think Carlile was kinda hot???

He walked into the Hospital and i just about fainted. =)

  • Yeah, Robert Pattinson was in Goblet of Fire, but appeared in a flashback in Order of the Phoenix.

  • I liked the movie, but let's face it, I'm still a teenage girl, and people who havent read the book, male, and over the age of 20 aren't likely to enjoy the movie as much. Seen better movies, but it did surpass my expectations.

  • I have read the books. And found the movie to be a big disapointment. They didn't really show the feelings Bella and Edward have for each other. They should have stuck with the "Edwards Meadow" the way the book had it the first time Edward took Bella there. And left the jumping in trees totally out. I found that whole piece lacking. It was rushed so much it almost makes for a really bad movie. They could have done better. Boatload of awards? maybe in special effects.

  • "the main plot going...?" good vampires vs. bad vampires?...

  • Wow this review would be alot better if half of it wasn't trailers... other then that I think he was right about something except he forgot to say that Rod played his role to perfection.

  • I dont hate or love the movie. I felt it was ok. Although , it was very rushed and watered down. The love storyed ened up being very fake and cheesy. I loved the book. I wish that they made the movie 3-4 hours long ans slowed things down so that ppl who didnt read the book could get a better understanding for this movie. and dont say you loved the movie if you didnt even read the book.

  • I agree but Summit Entertanment is too small of a production company. If they spend mooney on a movie, they need to get that money back from the box-office. If the movie was 3-4 hours long, people might not come. Summit can't afford it. The next movies will get longer because they know people will want to see them, despite their lenght. But I do agree with you. They did have the most important parts. I hope this clears everything up for you. But the rest, will be longer.

  • Robert Pattinson is in the goblet of fire not order of the pheonix.

  • he comes in order of the pheonix, during a flashback

  • 2:12-2:32 speaks for itself. Razzies here we come!

  • I son't think it will, but I want it to.

  • are you kidding me what are you 12 you must not have watched alot of movies to know when a movie is a hit or in this case a flop!

  • actually I'm 14 soon to be 15 and I've watched all of the classic's

  • Indeed an 12year old girl? I hate him all ready. I'm 14

  • Lol your 14 and your still a 12 year old girl inside. You have much bad taste in movies.

  • Are you 14? If you haven't noticed 12-14 isn't a big age difference, so stop being all high and mighty on yourself.

  • Thats cause you haven't read the book, stupid Kyle! :(
