  • how do you walk around and everything? i wanna know from one of the best blender creators :D

  • Wow

  • I want to play it where is a download link? i want play looks awesome i got years searching for a scary game xD

  • the elavators look realy

  • You are amazing! You're Blender's God o.0

  • omg those elevator doors r rediculous! they look completely real lol the shadows could be less sharp and more blurry but everything else is aweosme. nice hospital too. it's huge and complex. Did u do this all urself or did other ppl help?

  • @SomeoneNamedTom

Thank you very much. I did all of this myself. I used actual CAD files from the University of Iowa Hospital and populated the scene with my own models. Your car game looks awesome too, keep it up :)

  • Best Blender creation ive seen with the GE. All your models are very clean. The Elevators look AMAZING. The brushed steel look is great. I like the mirror on the wall, but you can kind of tell its not realtime. Again, great models, perfect texturing, good layout.

  • it reminds me of the game ju-on the grudge, it looks really good. would be awesome if you made a horror game out of it :P, anyways great job

  • Very cool! I wish I could do that, but I don't know a single thing about blender

  • nice work on the lelevators/ lifts :) awesome work dude.

  • game looks realistic but it could use some normal mapping

  • Blender? Really?

Looks 10 times better than Fear. I was waiting for something to come out, like Quarantine.

  • @AETrainingDavid97

Haha, thank you very much. Yup it was all done in the blender game engine. This version is already outdated so I should probably upload a new one.

  • @acillatem87 Neat :)

  • @AETrainingDavid97 uhm I wouldnt agree. but its DAMN close, I have to saw however, the atmosphere is the same. Waiting for something to jump out at you.

  • beautiful, simply beautiful. How does one learn to do all this? I've been working with blender for a while but just now starting to want to learn how to use the game engine and make sophisticated movable maps like this one.

  • @ronspeck

It took me about 6 months to get used to the Blender UI but once you figure out the hotkeys, it's extremely fast. I learned everything I know about Blender through online tutorials and Blender books from amazon.

  • Not bad.. Next you should think about adding some details.. such as pictures/posters, computers, chairs, hospital beds etc.

  • Fantastic work, and amazing job capturing the mood of the scene.

I'll admit, I half expected some horrific, slavering beast to lunge at me from the shadows, and eat my face off.

  • thats kinda creepy being in a hospital on a rainy night alone

  • wow.

  • i've always wanted to, but never found the time :)

  • very good. where do you have the ambient sound from?

  • you should add a flickering light in there

  • that's a good idea

  • that's awesome.

how would you turn a flashlight on and off?

  • i'm not for sure, probably with python since the flashlights are persistent even when i put them into a different layer. could just move them to different scenes also

  • @acillatem87 just watched this again and I'm just blown away haha

I have a problem on one of my WIP though, when I add too many spotlights, things disappear while editing and while playing. Glitch?

  • that sounds like a glitch, but i've never ran into that problem. I have a pretty powerful graphics computer though. how is your hardware? I put up to 13 spotlights in my art building video with no problems.

  • @acillatem87 do you think you can achieve this kind of a result on a laptop? cause im working on somat like this, a horror game.

  • Awesome man! You should add some creepy dr.Kevorkian behind some door. xD

  • good call :)

  • wow i like your work very realistic plus i subbed

  • thank you very much :)

  • Wow mate =O this is even better, Good for a Horror game! love the Sounds! =D

    Matt
