I´ve been following you for like 2 years now. I am very happy that you made your comeback.
I´m from Germany and 6´6 tall, 6,4 wingspan 17 years old and 71 kg. I am able to touch the net with one hand while standing with both feet on the ground. When I jump without running I am able to touch the rim with my wrist with ONE hand but with two hands I am not even able to touch the rim with my fingertips. So what do you think, because I can not bring both of my arms parallel above my head high.
@arnoud57 generally speaking I start workouts with jumping or plyos or basketball and then finish with lifting. Some times I'll have a dunk session once a week, but other times not at all

@labanix dude, get stronger and grow muscle, practice jumping and be dunking in a few months. You should be at least around 90kg.
