Will be doing this song for my Recital this year - and if i can do it with half of the emotion that Jill Scott puts into it - I would have done well - love you Jill - seeing you in 2008 will forever be remembered. Noone has ever given a more honest and real concert - Top class.
yeah this is a great song. loved when she sang this . thanks for posting! Rem when she first started off with her buzz tour ,got a chance to sit and talk with her at house of blues... man to think. that show only cost 15 bucks ..and 20 for v.i.p area upstairs.. she has come a long way,outstanding!
@sixfoot0 HOB Anaheim right? I was at that show as well. That was before her second cd came out and she only did songs from that cd. I remember being a bit peeved because I wanted to hear the older songs then too. Boy, I didn't know how much I'd enjoy Vol. 2!!

I must amit I did not like that song, though it was too sad. However I was so wrong, its a beautiful song, REAL straight from the soul!!!!!
