The Simmons electric drums Neil used (why he didn't use acoustic drums like on all versions from 1977-mid 1983 and 1996-2002 I won't know), Steinberger bass (everyone either had those or Scepter in the 1980s), the Ovation acoustic guitars (no one really uses them nowadays it's either Martin or Gibson), the Miami Vice suits. Can't get any better. Only Rush used those things and looked cool.

yes. van halen played one. for a period of time, they were really popular with musicians musicians. but now i dont really see them anymore unless a veteran takes one out his his old stash.

allan holdsworth used to play one for years and you can't get any better than him.
