Methane is the way forward, we already have the infrastructure (will need upgrading) it keeps the fossil energy companies happy until biogas is widely available, and biogas is carbon neutral! it can also be used in vehicle fuel cells removing the limitation of electric cars, without the dangers hydrogen, and is actually more energy dense than pure hydrogen! well I am going to get a fuel cell and cut my grid power, that'll cut my bills in half!
