Webb was tortured and Mac nearly was before Harm found them and rescued them. Harm sent Gunny (working for the CIA) and Webb on ahead to get medical treatment for Webb while Harm and Mac lagged behind...they're all very good episodes, starting with "Lawyers, Guns and Money" in season 8.

Harm went to Paraquay to find Mac, who went with Webb posing as his wife...H saved W, M and Gunny then Gunny took W to the hospital and Mac & Harm came to the hotel...H got married to Catherine Gale for her dying mothers sake...
There were some very cute scenes with Harm and Mac bantering (which was missing after the courtroom debacles of S8) but I've always felt that they should have kissed and then have Webb come in. Or no Webb at all. Also the bathroom tub "I forgot how beautiful you are" scene was just... Wow!
