If you use a stiff concrete mix you don't need to form it. You just form the concrete as it will stay inplace as you shape it. Use some sort of screed ontop of the foam and screed a channel inward about 2 inches or so. This will give youa base to allow the finished bowl to rest on when you incert it into the cut out on your vanity. If you have a loose mix or want a true vessel then get a "b" mold with the bowl.
Im a bit lost on your sink mold as to its depth. The base of the basin clearly extends beyond your foam perimeter. How are you forming this part?
