hey stupid english,french,american people,dont you hire Romanian doctors!They are lazy,unqualified,they kill their patients by mistake,they are very bad doctors,they only move to the uk for bigger earnings,they have no principles,they are opportunistic.

The paradox is that there are good universities in Romania.

in Cluj Napoca you study very hard in order to take a good mark...And also it is recognised abroad so,don`t compare UMF from Cluj N. with other universities from Romania ,because it is he best!

Don't believe the -ve insights!Yes it might be cheaper but the quality is there.It's surely not Harvard or Yale but u are getting more than worth.If u want to splash $40k for Harvard, fine that's your choice but in Romania u are paying 10 times less!!If u wanna be a good doc one day,u have to earn it by urself,not by the name of an institution.I study in Romania and we have students all the way from Japan to the USA.If u think those who come to study in here are fools,sorry u r the bigger fools!

@urbanxs1 Unfortunately you're quite right 'bout that. Earlier it was a matter of pride having a degree in Romania, now anyone can get it. But I know of some exceptions too. My French friend, living in Sweden, couldn't get into Stockholm University's Medical School because he failed drama and sport (stupid system, right?) so he studied there. But yes, as you said, there's plenty of corruption and bribery going on.

We were told that the corruption had been "cleaned up", and after spending tens of thousands of dollars, found out every class was "you-pay-you-pass". And they FORCE you into that position. You can't access information/textbooks, but "if you're lucky" the instructor is writing one that they will sell to you for top dollar right before the finals. Completely unaccountable & corrupt. Don't take them at their word and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Family members were also told they could double their money in real estate in a couple of years there, so investments were made accordingly. You can guess how that turned out. I never paid any bribery money, but a lot of money was lost due to trusting what school representatives said. Don't believe anyone who says the corruption has been cleaned up. They are wrong or lying.

i have heard too from outside sources that they are some of the best diagnosticians in the world. they take their medicine seriously too, no malpractice insurance to clear your name, you lose yor liscense if you screw up.
