Nice! Another view on Intamin AG's internal mechanics (call me a little nerdy, but I like thinking about these more than the coasters themselves sometimes :p).
Alton Towers two years ago opened there doors to let people see what they did in the park... this is a fancy piece of equiptment and discussed how the launch speed is calculated with one of the engineers overseeing that area... we go see alot of rita as they had trouble with oblivion which is where we where supposed to start the day off with
Man, just look at those hoses flex.
I see some of those types of hoses with extremely high air pressure, they don't even twitch or anything.
I can't imagine how high the pressure is for that hydraulic fluid to make them all but stretch straight out like that.

On top thrill dragster the pressure is 320 bar, I am not sure what it is on Rita
