Yes but you cant just take one verse from the Bible you have to take it in it's entirety. It also says in the Bible Joel 2:28 And it will come to pass afterward That I will pour out my spirit on ALL flesh. Your son and your daughters shall prophesy. Also says it in Acts 2:17.

God ordained Deborah (a married woman) to be a prohet and judge. Paul said this because during that time of the new church many were coming out of idol worship and women had played a big part in idol worship. He was laying down some structure for the church. You can't use that one verse and say that God doesn't speak to women or call them to preach. If that's the case then women couldn't be used to witness to their unsaved male coworkers or male family members and lead them to Christ.

who are we to tell God who to call to PREACH. All the calling and gifts are without repentence.

When someone gets the anoiting on them to preach its not them its the HOLY GHOST. So they are not teachin. They are PREACHIN.

This is what the KJV reads... " But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence." She preaching, not teaching. I'm sure she wouldnt be doing this unless she felt that they Lord was leading her too. There has been plenty of people who have emailed me asking about booking her to preach at their church.I quess if men cant get the job done, He will send a woman to do it. Woman can be used by God to help spread Gods Word.

When one preaches he is teaching the word of God! Jesus was refer to as "teacher"..If she feels someone is leading her, how could it be the Lord,would that not be contradicting the word of God?Revelations22:18 speaks of if anyone takes away or adds to the word of God there is consequences for such things!There is no way to have a woman preach just because men will not rise,who are we to justify the word of God!Has God ever dealt with her on preaching a sermon based on Timothy 2:12?

When has a woman led a man and it was successful in the bible? That is why a woman is to have NO authority over man! By the way preaching is what Paul was talking about......now that God has revealed it to you what will you do,will you correct your ways or continue on with the sin? None of this comes from me it comes from the word of God! God Bless!!!!

Dont just read one verse and stop says be silent go home and ask husband that does not mean if you are single by all means preach teach women. But every word in the bible is a response to a situation one must read the story and not just the result being women being silent. Also when this was written women were surpressed. If there were numerous whites around they would have written no white preachers or teachers.

Preach that sister. That is totally correct.. We think we all touching God when we miss meals because we're all sad. Thats a different type of contrition.. praise God keep going after the heart of Jesus.
