He's blowing out while punching, sucking in and waiting, blowing out while punching and so on. And he's not even fully blowing out while punching. He's holding in a lot of toxic used air as he lightly blows out through his teeth.

Seems like he'd do better sucking in air while punching, then blowing out during the short break and so on. No sounds needed.

1) No footwork while sparring, will get knocked at the first occasion

2) As soon as he throws his right hand, his left arm goes down, exposing his head...knock out at first occasion

3)The "telephone" position of hands is typical of somebody who took no sparring classes, nor has experience of any sort.
