Indeed it did. I can imagine the Muppets doing a musical like "Grease" or "Hello Dolly" and randomly meet up with Audrey Two and/or the Phantom of the Opera, and then they'd all come together and sing "Seasons of Love" from RENT.

@kitsundesu: Well, to be fair, Wonderland and Oz could both be conceived as the same place, since Carrol and Baum created their respective fantasy lands as counterbalances to reality. So for all we know, Dorothy and Alice are related, the wacky denizens of Wonderland and Oz are close friends, and the Wicked Witch and Queen of Hearts play croquete and have tea parties.
