  • Get the FUCKIN thing running.Drive me nuts. Like the old coot in Kingaroy let his 28 Ford sit in the lean- to till the grand kids smashed all the glass for fun. Grrrr.

Talk to your dad ,ask him whats up. Wont change much but at least you will get an answer. He was young once and had a dream. Wont make any difference when he.s dead. Nothin new under the sun.

  • @romandybala I am trying to get him to start it last ran when i was 7 now im 35 lol he did start one other one i missed taping it sat for 12 years and purrs like a kitten !!

  • cmon, you shouldnt sell that, you got a diamond in the rough...a nearly rust free '56 with all original parts? i can only WISH my dad had something that cool

  • Davidsfarm started a newyorker that was sitting for 30 years

  • I bought a 1948 Ford F-3 flatbed truck that had been sitting in a barn in Minnesota for the past 25 years. I got a new 6-volt battery and it started right up!! It kicked like a mule at first, but after about 5 minutes it was humming along and ready for new adventures. I would try to get that fire truck running - it deserves to be in a parade.

  • Why did your dad buy it?? I mean if your going to buy something so unique and historic then why not take care of it or preserve it? But that's your dad's choice to of bought that rig.
