i dont know if anyone wants to know how to get that car but if u want to know my way is to hall a taxi from the northwood hospital then get the taxi to where the sultan rs is found in alderny and there usually there plus its cool coz u can change the colour of the cars

This is just a visually different variation of the sentinel. Most of the cars in the game have different versions with spoilers, hood scoops, exposed engines (dukes) etc and this is no different. If you drve around in a sentinel of any persuasion one should apear eventually

this is a very rare Sentinel GT, it is similar to the mafia sentinel from GTA3 but its got the same TS as the original Sentinel.

In career mode did you also find the body kit verison of the car Feroci if you didn't its in China Town usually you see Chinese Triads drive the car or armed regular people also there is the car Intruder in China Town and its the body kit version also

No. Dukes/Broker, Bohan, Algonquin, and Alderney are GTA IV places. Liberty City back in GTA3 consisted of Portland, Staunton Island, and Shoreside Vale. Salvatore's mansion was located in Portland. The places do have their similarities though. Portland is like Bohan and the industrial side of Alderney. Staunton Island and Algonquin, and Shoreside Vale had the Francis International Airport and was more like the suburban side of Alderney.

To find a Sentinel XS... I don't know if anyone has found this out yet but if you sit on the corner of Lemhi St and Sacramento Ave in Westdyke, wait inside a regular Sentinel in till a Sentinel XS drives by. If you can't find a regular Sentinel, get a SULTAN RS or some other Sultan and drive it around that area.

I found mine working for Ray as well, it was a random spawn in traffic after the mission, only seen it twice. The other time I was chased by it...
