  • si?

  • This is embarrassing coming from a Juilliard graduate. Just goes to show its just a fucking name and a reputation. This is rubbish. Edit the notes, the F is wrong

  • @TheBMXlove So how is it embarrassing if it's just a name and a reputation? Would it be embarrassing if it was from community college graduate? You sound so bitter. Spell bitter in solfege.

  • 30 is still E but underneath it says F. Although the pitch is still the same. If you know how to read music you would catch this. And well I say "Ti" instead of "Si."

  • PLEASE repost it accurately .....this would b harmful

  • hello, I have an audition in nov. I need help with the sight reading.. I am at level 1 any suggestions

  • thanks! I can now sight read after watching this about twice! I'm so glad I didn't have to suffer through another vocal teacher attempting to explain it to me in their confusing method!!!

  • lol "pmcmusik" fail

  • Mistake: :30 that's an E not an F How Embarassing

  • @jibberjash3 =YES! His F is an EEEEEEEEEEE. looks like he might have gotten it right.?realitively and perfectly wrong

  • Its TI Not SI

  • my dog is barking the notes hahahahahahah

  • I have my grade 5 singing in a couple of weeks and really struggle with sightsinging do you have any exercises available or tips which could help me, I am 12 and do not play a musical instrument.

  • If You Are Tone Deaf

Will Watching These Exercises And Singing Along To Match The Note Help You?

  • if it is not a medical problem, then yes, you can train you ear to hear & understand sounds, intervals, & chords...Good luck! David Livianu

  • Thank You!

    And Thanks For The Upload!

    lol

    It's Not Medical :)

  • hmm i can remember the sound of a then recognize a if i play it on the piano and i didnt know where a was on the piano. do i have perfect pitch?lol

  • musical perfect pitch has 2 aspects: absolute pitch, where you can recongnize any sound by its pitch/frequency & relative pitch, the ability to recognize intervals & chords, based on the relative relationship between the 2 or more notes. David Livianu

  • @TheScreamingRetard you might should check out David Lucas Burge Perfect Pitch course... I bought and i haven't really used it, but it seems like you might be starting off with an advantage

  • @lisaluvsrob Burge is a scam artist. He teaches relative pitch and calls it learning "perfect pitch."

  • Isn't there a way to correct that mistake (with the E/F notes) ?

  • These are 'relative' notes.

This is the origin of partitures.

They teach it on my school this way. It's actually a pretty easy way when you get used to it.

    Gives new perspective on composition.

No one ever had a problem with reading or playing my partitures.

It's actually also used a lot to teach music to children.

    Cheers.

  • And you are suppose to buy this porgram with mistakes!!!

  • This video makes it difficult to read ahead

  • You can always request the PDF version...

  • There's a mistake with the absolute pitch in bar 5 of the 2nd excercise: the note is E and not F. It's 30 seconds into the video.

  • I see it now. The mistake is in the letter F typed

below the solfege MI and not in the pitch itself. tks

  • Thank you, we are only human, not Mozartians!!!

  • @blogdoex There are no mistakes. I played piano and sang along with the exercise myself.

  • @ubettaluvme

Actually there is a mistake. It's not the note that's wrong, but the name below it. It should be E but he wrote F. I haven't read all the comments so I don't know if you saw that already, but I thought I should let you know :)

  • @ubettaluvme Actually it is Do RE ME FA SO LA TI not Si DO! That what I learned all these years....

  • @pmcmusik Not EVERYONE in the world uses Ti. There are other countries that use Si. Just because it's DIFFERENT than how you learned it doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong.

  • @ubettaluvme Actually the Seventh pitch shoud be TI not SI, that is what I learned all these years....on a major C scale...

  • @pmcmusik

some countries use SI instead of TI, no big deal is it?

  • @pmcmusik : in some countries SI is used instead of TI, that's not big deal is it?

  • @anndesign1 - You said this to another poster "in some countries SI is used instead of TI, that's not big deal is it?" -- I just wanted to comment and say thanks for clearing that up. I was wondering if that was a typo or not.

  • teach me how to sing please
