  • damn she looks like keri washington and jessica alba.

  • Nice video, girly. Great thoughts on the matter. Personally, though, I don't necessarily agree with the idea that the only way to get rid of racism is through interracial relations. Call me pessimistic but as long as humans are on this earth there will be hatred. Some people are just too stubborn and narrowminded to get rid of their prejudices; they like hating others for no reason. One would have a field day and a half trying to get them to act right.

  • @GlassDoll1991 Good point.

There has been a lot of race-mixing going on for decades not only in the US but trhoughout South and Central America.

It hasnt changed anything really, Black and Brown skinned people are still on the bottom of the economic scale throughout the world.

The same oppressive economic and social structures are still in place whether this is Brazil or the US.

Race-mixing in and of itself doesnt end racism because there are bigger factors at work.

  • it makes you attractive just how insightful and intelligent you are. If I heard you talk in public and was single I would be asking for a date with in the first three minutes of hearing you.

  • I'm white and I used to go to an exceptionally rich, private, and exclusive school. My parents could afford it then, but can't now. So I went to a public school. My neighborhood isn't the best, and I was sheltered from it because, really. Who wants to see gangbangers all across your street? So when I went to public school it was rather ghetto. And even coming from a white family, previously going to a very white school, I still befriended many Hispanic and Black people. Don't be quick to judge.

  • Mixing is the best we as the human race should embrace everything

  • Mix, looking at your comments, you try TOO HARD. You need to go some where and sit down.

  • @Badin10tions LOL I don't even know what that's supposed to mean. Anyway, it's my video, I'll "sit down" when I choose to, thanks.

  • I am a Black American Woman & my husband is a White American Male- we are soul mates and have been crazy in love for years! We love our family and each other-not for color, but because of pure true love.

And I'm speaking of "real true honest LOVE"

NOT secret flings. Integrated marriages, families & relationships are NOT taboo. If some believe & view it as such then yes they are prejudice, you don't have to personally mix outside your race if you don't want to, but respect the world who does.

  • @misprettykitty You are so lucky!!! :) I hope to one day have what you have: not NECESSARILY an interracial relationship, but TRUE love, regardless of WHO that is with, regardless of his race! Good for you and I wish you all the happiness in the world (which I am sure you will find)!!!!

  • @MIXooNooMATCH , Thank You so much! You will-you have a beautiful persona and will attract someone wonderful*

  • In the real world, there are so many different interracial unions and families, more than anyone can really place a number to and we are growing. Love has no color, true love and sincere attraction can not be arranged. If you find some people in your sheltered community are not open to interracial unions or other cultures, then realize that is the way they are and why try to convince them to be open minded? If they are not natural with acceptance than its not real anyway, so whats the point?

  • the problem consists in that, most black ppl don't want to be with whites or act like whites so that is why we don't like this bullsh't. it like just because they wanted today mixed bullsh't, it doesn't mean that all of us want it!! whites need stay with whites and blacks need stay with blacks, maybe then the problem will leave!!

  • @realblackxxxx a man who knows NOTHING about me making judgments about my sexual preferences and who even goes as far as to call me a whore (and other mixed people in general) based on the color of my skin?? BLOCKED.

  • @realblackxxxx if that is how you feel, that is perfectly fine, as it is your prerogative to date and not date who you see fit. But please so not presume to speak for ALL black people. Not every black person (or anyone for that matter) limits their dating options based on race, and that is THEIR prerogative.

  • Interracial is wrong and a genocide. I want that my beautiful talented strong real chocolate/dack/brown skin black ppl still alive and haven't disappeared like in south-america! most black/mixed b'tches like she, are sellout self-hating whores/hoes that love crakkkers/white mixed latino's dick and f'cknig with everybody especially dark skin black hoes that is why we is f'cking up and don't like em!!

  • you sound like you stupid self-hating sellout mixed wh0re that f'ck with white men or love white dick!! smh!

  • I had enough of the pain that i suffer from black ppl on a daily basis. So i called a suicide hotline,i explained why i kept having repeated thought of wanting to just end it all so i won't have to deal with the suffering anymore. The woman who answered was black. She started laughing and put me on speaker phone and her response is "Just deal with it." "learn to adjust".I've never felt so alone in my life.My family who has treated me the same,i have not spoken to them in over 15 years.

  • its not a matter of tolerating other races its a matter of preference...some people we prefere to date and others we rather just satisfy our lust if the person is has a nice body....we don't want to mix religions or convert to oanother religion while overlooking the fact that we have different cultures and sometimes even opposite natures such as the black race and the white race its just that some of us don't feel up to go through all that

  • @firethrower1000 and that's exactly the problem. if dating outside one's race is really a matter of "going through all that," whatever that means, then that's an issue.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH if is just for dating or one night stand it's alright but marrying a different race in this case black and white being two opposites means having to go through all of the differences instead of just getting settling with someone you actually relate to you know what i mean...

  • @firethrower1000 and this is a false assumption and a lame excuse. Who says there exist all these barriers impossible to overcome when talking about marriage. My parents did it for over 20 years now, going strong. My mother's from Nigeria. I'm not suggesting you marry anyone you are uncomfortable marrying; obviously you have some racial issues to overcome. But let's not call it anything other than what it is: you have a prejudice based on false assumptions and stereotypes...

  • @firethrower1000 ...THAT is the issue, and that other people hold those same skewed ideas, not that there actually exist these tremendous obstacles which have to be overcome between people of different races. I have a VERY hard time believing that every white person is automatically compatible with one another based entirely on their race, that's a joke. The problem is that people BELIEVE that those obstacles exist, and are too lazy and too ignorant to find out otherwise, because they don't.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH hhhmmm you are become quiclkly jugemental and why are you assuming i have racial issues...in reality you want us to keep denying the fact that not all races are mean to intermingle and that the black and white race have opposite natures and i dare you to correct me if i'm wrong give me some valid proof that is fact not just some personel opinion...ask yourself why you won't see a Native American person marrying an arab person thats because they too have opposite natures

  • Répondre à cette vidéo... a person is allowed to say that they are not racist even though they would never date a certain race because they simply don't find that race attractive and there is nothing wrong with that....and what's wrong with tolerance either? How are other people not different from us if they have a different cultures, religion and sometimes even a different nature...

  • Répondre à cette vidéo... and you must understand that not everyone will end up the way you want them to up wich is interracially because in some communities bringing home a women that don't look like Mama is like spitting in the womb of you're mother wich is disrespect but i'm just using that as an exemple i don't really agree with that lol...even black women in america make it clear that they seek a succesfull black men...

  • @firethrower1000 > Not ALL black women seek only "black men" We date and marry interraciallly as well and in high volumes.

  • Répondre à cette vidéo... prefereing comfort, shelter and familly is natural and you shouldn't just force people to go date interracially just to prove that they are not racist...i bet you if you find a japanese 95 percent of the time they marry within their own race too...and the united snakes of america were not really built on people feeling free of doing as they are given the right to do especially when it comes to culture ex: black people can't even beat the drums on the street

  • Well I won't be with a CAucasian woman because I find the ultimate beauty in African descent women, plus they are NATURALLY COMPATIBLE WITH ME! I want to be with a sista have children that rep me and look like me there is nothing wrong with that. There are millions of sistas why would I have to look outside my race? Sistas have it bad already where other races are taking men from them. be with who you want but let me be with my sista without a question why I only want her. isn't obvious?

  • Trey Parker and Matt Stone said something similar in the commentary for an episode of South Park. They mention that people TOLERATE a crying baby on an airplane, but it hardly means that you like it. People should be accepting and respectful, not just tolerant.

  • CUTE KITTY

  • within 3 years 1 million+ beautiful, intelligent and EDUCATED black women will become engaged or married to white men. They will have children & become families supported by a responsible, hard-working FATHER & MOTHER.

While black men will continue to chase fat, ugly, worthless white women with 3-4 mixed children with different fathers. the black man has already lost and he doesn't even know it.

  • Why can't people just fucking live, work, and pay their damn taxes. If your not signing my damn check I could give two hells about who or what you are! Live and let live people!

  • Good on yah girl - some one gets it!

  • I think I love you mama...or something of that nature

  • Ha ha, I recently realized that I am in fact discriminatory. So, to twist one of the phrases you provided, I'm not racist, but... ...I do discriminate against pretty much all religion. I think that's only fair, since they figure I'm going to be tortured for eternity.

  • that's not discriminatory. That's belief-based. And I agree (i.e. I'm atheist and generally anti-religious). And maybe it's prejudiced. But it's one thing to be prejudiced against a WHOLE group of people for being who they are (i.e. one cannot help being born black, and it says nothing about who one ACTUALLY is as a person) and being "prejudiced" against a group of people for their COLLECTIVE beliefs, particularly if you find them personally offensive. They are certainly not equivalent.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH-- I agree that the two forms of prejudice are not equivalent, but I have to count it because some people just haven't gotten over their religious brainwash in childhood, so it's a little like picking on someone who's really slow. Sometimes I feel bad about being so up front about my take on religion, and the truth is, I probably should feel bad, because I do make character judgments based on religion. EX: I would have serious reservations about hiring an evangelical christian.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH let me throw a wrench in that one.. Im christian.. and I hate the church... i call myself a "educationalist christian" I read the bible... screw what the preacher says

  • You don't 'really' talk like that...ha ha. You know what I mean when I say that....

  • I really think your really disturbed about not being accepted and tolerated from a cultural perspective. Even to a point your trying to IDENTIFY with those that are culturally "Superior" to you. To a point your ignoring appreciating yourself and cultivating whats within. YOUR DWELLING ON A IDEAL. Bias will always exist get over it. You really want to be accepted EVERYONE WILL NOT AND DOESN'T WANT TO EXCEPT YOU.

STOP trying to be accepted so much appreciate others that appreciate you...

  • why do you keep ragging on it.im mixed but i dont go preaching to everyone about it,whats the big deal?cuz frankly we dont give a damn honey!

  • @msmelody1960 "Honey," really if you don't care, then keep it moving; it's your prerogative to care or not to, and I'll survive even knowing that you don't. But I have a hard time believing you really don't care, considering you're the one who posted a comment in all caps yelling at me. Just saying, if it's not an issue to you, then maybe you should go watch a different video, cuz I do care.

  • I CAN NO LONGER TOLERATE YOU BI-RACIAL PEOPLE THINKING YOUR BETTER CUZ YOUR HALF WHITE IT OVER IT HONEY!

  • @msmelody1960 I CAN NO LONGER TOLERATE PEOPLE THINKING ALL BIRACIAL PEOPLE THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE WE ARE HALF WHITE. GET OVER IT HONEY!

  • @MIXooNooMATCH

I have a strong feeling that because black people have this latent inferiority complex and (perhaps) deep down view white people as "superior" in some way, they tend to project that sense of inferiority onto us. I really think they think that we must also hold that old view that whites and whiteness is somehow "superior" and therefore believe we are superior simply because we have a white parent.

  • @MustNotRead

They fail to appreciate that (unlike many "black people") we have come into close intimate contact with white people and do not see them as any more "superior" than anyone else. We know from first hand experience that whites also have many failings. Whiteness is no more desirable than blackness - that idea is what many blacks need to root out of their subconscious. Then maybe they'll quit projecting their unfounded envy on us. It's really annoying!

  • i never had a problem with race i have friends of all different races besides i think it's a good way to learn about different cultures. for me one good way is through food. just wondering what school do you go to? mixoonmatch

  • you rumble on and i miss your point but 1st i get the distinct impression there is unreturned love some where, if he does not respect you move on, trust me not worth the aggravation. 2nd i agree completely tolerance is not even a humane. it steams from fear, ignorance and self sufficiency. if you read these words well you see greed feeding pride. as for racism and an prejudice really, learn to live above it, it will always exist, why refer to previous sentence.

  • listen baby, you are very sexy keep the videos coming and stay true to you what you saying

  • You are so beautiful. This is an interesting video.

  • Hey, I'm from Australia and my girl is Kenyan. I'm blonde with blue eyes and she's...welll....african. Trust me, we stand out like dogs balls. I'm not gonna tell u that "love has no color' or that "we are both the same" on the inside. Cause that's just corny. Our skin color difference doesn't really effect us much anymore. For a quick insight here is a short list of things we do and did experience:

  • WHAT IS THIS LOW QUALITY SHIT. PAUSED THIS AT 2 SECONDS. NOT EVEN GONNA WATCH IT. AND FOR THOSEN WHO THINK IM BEING IGNORANT OR WHATEVER. I CAN ALREADY GET WHAT THIS VIDEO IS ABOUT ANYWAYS.

  • @4EverABeyFan Haha PUH-LEASE, it's youtube sweetheart! Why don't you jump in and start making some "high quality" videos of your own if you're trying to talk! And if you "get what this video is about" after 2 seconds, you just MUST be psychic... You know, I wasn't gonna say "ignorant", but since you mentioned it, the subject matter might be a bit over your head anyways, so, I won't even push the issue...

  • @MIXooNooMATCH Actually i am psychic and i dont mean in a joking matter.

  • @4EverABeyFan ...HAHAHAHAHA!!! Ok, keep telling yourself that... Well I'm glad you've found a use for your psychic abilities (i.e. not watching a video before you insult it)...

  • @MIXooNooMATCH Yup i will keep telling myself that. You're ignorant. You still hold a grudge against me because i insulted. You minded is clouded by hatred. You can't think.

  • @4EverABeyFan lol are you kidding me? That's the best defense you can come up with? So, you think you can come here, insult me and a video that you thought you were too good to watch, and I'm supposed to be nice to you? And if I defend myself, if I back up the video that, again, you believed was too "low" for you to watch, I'm "clouded by hatred"!? So, then, what are you? Oh, and I'm holding a "grudge"!? Sweetheart, believe me when I say I have not been losing sleep over your half-assed insult,

  • [cont'd] I have not been stewing in my so-called "hatred" for you. No, believe me, I don't hate you. Hate is too strong of a word to use when it comes to my feelings towards you; it's more like amused indifference. Assuming your 2 seconds of exposure and your psychic abilities were insufficient in bestowing upon you a decent understanding of this video, I'll inform you it's about NOT hating people. And realize NOW that I wouldn't compromise those values on your rude, but worthless, comments.

  • You look like, speak like and hold views that I would want a prospective partner to have but where I to ever bring you home with me I would be disowned. It's tough, not everyone is enlightened and accepting as us. I probably will end up with a woman of your grace and type of beauty inevitably but I will then have to give up my family. I wish I did not but that's just the deck of cards I was handed.

Anyway you are both intellectually and physically captivating, keep fighting the good fight:

  • @AresRoar wow, thank you very very much. And I am truly sorry... I've always wondered what it might be like if I had to worry about my parents potential reaction to a partner based on race; I got lucky in that my parents are beyond open-minded--to a certain extent, I suppose it comes with the territory lol... I really hope you don't actually have to make that compromise in the future, it's an infinitely unfair one, but I think, if I were in your position, I'd feel the exact same way...

  • @MIXooNooMATCH I grew up in the South, real bible thumping parents and a community of idiots who the majority believe Obama to be a socialist ,communist, fascist, illegal Kenyan elitist who should not be president. And somehow I turned out to be a socially liberal, economically left wing atheist who hates all forms of dogma and centralised authority. So you can imagine growing up was hell, it's like growing up as an adult surrounded by kids....

  • ... And besides I really meant what I said before, you are a remarkable person in terms of intellect, empathy and obviously aesthetics. Yet all of that would be like bringing home ash to my parents. They'd never be able to see passed the fact that there son was with a colored girl. I dare not use the real term they would use but I think you know what it is. In a way girls like you fill me with both hope for what i want and dread for what it will cost. But I'm tired of lying to myself for others.

  • @AresRoar I too am a socially liberal, economically left wing atheist who lives in a relatively conservative area. But, then again, both my parents and most of my friends are liberals, and my father is an atheist, so the comparison is a bit shallow lol I can't say that I can totally identify with an experience like yours, but I do empathize, and it's always wonderful to know that people like you can rise out of a situation like that and turn out for the better.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH Iam a bi-racial man who is a deist. Iam a writer and journalist. I didn't grow up amongst either blacks or whites even though Iam half black and half white. This country doesn't really tolerate people of mixed race/bi-racials because this is a nation founded on white supremacy. What's ironic is that the racist one drop rule has been adopted by blacks to negate bi-raciality and call bi-racials black. I find whites either accept or reject on simple basis.

  • Ruby lips that do entice, Eyes as bright as the bluest of skies. A face more luminous than fullest moon Can't help but cause one to swoon Your hair that frames that face of light A shade of black as dark as night Can in heart of hardest stone Cause it to break and for your love weep and moan But I cannot complain to not have you For a heart that I have no chance to woo In a sea of men whom myself shall you never catch If only you could see me as your one true match You're very intelligent:)
  • @ImaginedWriter wow... thanks so much :) lol don't really know what to say other than you got some smooth game, sir!

  • Tolerace is good because it keeps the peace, forcing acceptance inhibits freedom. It's like secularism, you can believe as you wish but you do not impede the rights of others to believe in what they believe. I for one despise the burkha as a form of female oppression but I tolerate it because it is a personal choice in a free society. I don't think it's good but personal liberty trumps my opinion. You can't force people to accept things but you can keep stability through tolerance.

  • But you cant force tolerance either. Many people do not even grant that much. My point though is not to "force" acceptance but to change the conditions which keep people from accepting, and to change the dialogue which dictates that someone isn't "really" racist until they start screaming "nigger!" Racism comes in many forms, to many degrees, and I believe it's just as bad to call a black person a "nigger" as it is to say "I don't hate black people but I couldn't ever accept them into my family"

  • @MIXooNooMATCH Tolerance is like secularism, you do not make an official proclamation regardless of how you feel. It's not forcing anyone to make any statement in the positive or negative. As for the rest of your comment, to deal with stereotypes, preferences and assumptions will require far more than dialogue, it will require economic parity as well as massive political upheaval. The multicultural societies of today owe their existence to the revolutions of the 18th century.

  • Being mixed race does not solve the problems, in mulatto societies you have colorism in which lighter skinned peoples are still favoured. Some racial boundaries are broken but others are put up i.e. Black/white girl dates white it looks as if she is foresaking her black part and brings out insecurities in black men. Each human is different, if it's not race then it's social position, or religion, or nationality or even sports team. Fear of the outsider is the underlying component here not race.

  • @ImaginedWriter of course you're right. I'm not proposing that being mixed race solves the problem. I'm simply saying that being mixed race shouldn't be viewed as a problem.

  • @MIXooNooMATCH Being mixed race is seen as a problem due to the racial hierarchy, only eceonomic parity between the races will result in the issues being not wholly removed but significantly reduced. In the context of African Americans that also means a prosperous Africa. That may sound like a tough set of goals to meet for your dream society but that's just how it is. It is assumptions which lead to hate. Remove the evidence for the assumptions and you've made a massive step to your ideal world

  • You are very pretty

  • No dear I'm prejudice, I don't own/ maintain/ run/ a INSTITUTION that commits genocide upon other racial groups or programs them for peasant use. So be ignorant enough to float the word RACIST! No I'm not a black man that want you to just call yourselves black at all! I agree your kind are nothing more than mullatos! You just become a seperate group of man made race to hate on. Thousands of years and there is still 3 pure races despite the rainbow effort!

  • Pure proof Biracial people live in a bubble! You serious? "this country was built on everyone comming to share the American dream"! Who's dream? You completely overlooked the factual history of slavery, while that statement was made by people that owned them!

Egypt/ Greece/ Rome are proof that in history thousands years deep that multiculturalist procreation has only excelerated racism, like a catylistic chemical reaction. Think about it, I say you look GYPSY hmm!

  • Interracial relationships are NOT going to break any barriers, much less RACIAL ones... and I dislike that notion. I thought the idea was supposed to be that IR's were NOT special that IR was just as normal as other relationships. Not some "noble cure" for the ails of society.

You're not a naive person for wanting peace, Mix. We all want peace. But this isn't something that we can rush past. Considering our VERY harsh history, "tolerance" is not the WORST of situations... chin up! Haha.

  • I really like your hair in this video it is too cute.

  • In my opinion, just b/c you date a black person or a person of another race does not mean that you are free from racism. We are all brought up with a white supremacist mindset and it is extremely hard to get rid of. I know first hand black people that have dated a biracial person and their parents have a problem with it b/c they were black. This whole racism thing is so much deeper than we really believe. We are often racist against our own people.

  • Black Labor White Wealth, The Slave Narratives, The Slave Diet, Message To The Blackman in America, The Hidden History of Washington D.C., 100 Amazing Facts About The Negro, Great Men Of Color, Chains Of Psychological Slavery, The Isis Papers and 100 years of Lyching. Read these books and I'll give you some more names.

  • Why our you upset with people who want to be with their own people. I hear the word racist a lot from people and they our using it in the wrong context. Interracialism is not a good concept to practice. America was created on a racist ideology called white supremacy and I don't care how you try to sugar coat it and say we our all Americans it doesn't fit. There our some books I want you to read: Without Sacturary, Before The Mayflower, Secret Relationship Between Blacks & Jews.

  • I am part-black like you,and I have had experiences like yours. I have had girls not want to talk to me because I am not white. And you know what?I just don't give a damn.I used to get offended, but hey,it is a democracy and people have the right to choose.A lot of the girls that would shut me down because I was part-black were not my "ideal" either. If it means that in 15-20 years,I am really happy with the person I am with and those who did not give me a chance have their regrets, then so be it.

  • i love biracials specially white with black ilove that skin tone your cute 2

  • ur vids are so boring and dull

  • I love where your going with this. We need to enlarge this thing that we call family, to view from a higher prespective.

'Be open and receptive to the good the world offers' In gratitude comes the awarness.

  • secondly I don't see myself as a victim as you say I focus on black issues YES!!! because those are apart of mines, But like I said I don't see myself as a victim only a person that has a lost history

  • When people have a lot to lose their not going to risk their reputation and in many cases inheritances simply to date a black person.

  • That's simplistic.

  • I have to say your hair is awesome!

  • Perhaps a choice needs to be made between ''family' (if family really cares about a person they will be supportive - otherwise family is not worth anything) and the person you choose. If someone else has a problem with my choice of partner then they have a problem with me too and that's their problem, not mine.

  • I will be glad when more people will listen to there hearts and care what they think not what family or anyone else thinks.

  • The thing with SOCIETY is that it is TOO RESISTANT to change which is stupid, because all life forms evolve so why not us as humans cant evolve?...One thing is that if you think that we as people in general "Cant get along" and you live in that mind set spreadin that poison then you are adding to the problem. Society is ONE..No division..Follow your own Path as an individual person..Different Cultures of People are beautiful and should be embraced...Love your Video Mix Match keep it up ^_^

  • I think the races should separate. I'm not racist and have black friends, but let's face it: We DON'T GET ALONG! I love my gf's, but I am so afraid to say the wrong thing that might make them angry because they are so sensitive about race, and I understand why, but I have to walk on egg shells. We can all be citizens of our own countries, but still separate. I mean, we all live in separate neighborhoods anyway, right? Make sense?

    Probably not.

    :(

  • People like you are THE REASON "We DON'T GET ALONG!" This wouldn't be an issue if whites like yourself weren't so apathetic about the situation; I mean, it was your ancestors who caused this (mine too), and you even admit that there's a problem, but you want to sit there and act like "that's just how it is." No, it's not; that's how you made it by sitting back and allowing the status quo to persist. Get a clue!

  • white people want to separate the races but only if they can keep a pocketfull of ASIANS.

  • As a black woman in America Frenchlanguage I believe that there re some black people that are sensitive but there are alot of whites that are sensitive as well. I myself have never (in person) had any racist act towards me BUT!!!! not to say others haven't

  • @FrenchLanguage you have a dick on your head.

  • Tolerance, racism, black, white, these are just words. It all comes down to the clash of cultures and the nature of people = xenophobia. Honestly, the thing that will bring us together the fastest is a common enemy. America has a lot to do with social competition tied in with economic obviously. Race, Gender, class, nationality = tied together, they can't be separated. But on the flip side, remember, freedom is freedom of speech and action. America could be worse.

  • this is a matter of capitalism and socialism im not a socialist but the truth is that capitalism is a form of segregation and it separates people class wise ....we in America will always be divided as long as a elite majority of people control or tolerate the minority(whether it's race, culture, religion) we need to be more social, but not to extremely social in order to make progress.

  • In louisiana, where I grew up, it was common to have a white wife and a negro/colored/creole mistress, in fact many referred to creoles as a 'race of mistresses' because as soon as they were older the young white men swooped them up, but none would marry them because the white lineage must be unbroken.

  • Thank god this isn't back in the day and I don't live in Louisiana because I would have to take my mixed race daughter elsewhere then, I wouldn't put her on this Earth just for usage and abuse-age. I'd run from Massa & take her with me!

  • Well, they weren't exactly whores, more like kept-women, they had regular jobs in the daytime, teacher, cook, maid, many had pin businesses like caterer, but there was a distinct absence of men in their life and that meant only one thing.

  • If you put the on Maury today, h*** is what they'd be called by somebody and there's no way to tip-toe around that and make it sound nice because 'you can't make shit shine' as they say. Those poor mixed Louisiana women should definitely have 'stuck to their day jobs' and held out for marriage from someone!

  • Amen!

  • Exactly, as bad as things seem in 2009 Thank the good Lord I didn't live between the 17th century through the 1960s!

  • i don't have that problem. i could go back at any time in history and shit would be good for me:) that must be the devil in me. *L*

  • The only way your mixed daughter would be here if the white man raped you. Don't forget where we came from

  • In order to swim, you must let go of the anchor. Dont blame the drowning on another.

It is that type of thinking that is damaging your children.

  • lol what are you talking about?

    1. The 'higher perspective' deals with ones point of view. We could see ourselves as race, gender, family, community, religion, country or how about seeing ourselves as 'human'. Race is not so important if 'human' is how we identify

    2. I think that people who harbor hate, poison their minds and point fingers at others. They become 'VICTIM' Better to look for good. Have gratitude, then channels of good are available. It is how you think that makes the difference

  • I totally agree BUT!!! if a person is not having equal rights as others then I won't just look at us as being just humans. what alot of white people like yourself fail to realize is that I don't have a history other then America if I look at my history I see hate not human but HATE!!! i'm sure you can go back thousands of years if you want. me? I don't even speak my language or know in that matter.

  • Wow spareld, you just shined a light on something that I have not put much thought into; your lack of history.

Most white's dont know their history either. Understanding that most whites are a combination of ethnicities.

I do know that our quality of life is a result of the thoughts/belief's that we hold in mind.

This is all we have, and now is the moment that we create our futures.

    Matthew 8:22

But Jesus said unto him, Follow me; and let the dead bury their dead.

  • uumm ok? I never said that all whites know their history but it would be mighty easy for you'll to go back to whatever time if you want to, that's not even the point anymore I could care less like I said I focus on black issues and how we can be better as a people I have nothing more to say to you if you don't understand what I just said about three hours ago then i'm done

  • spareld, are you ready for the Truth. Most will not see it even when its in front of their eyes. I will give it to you. In my opinion:

    1. To progress and evolve as a people you must first recognize the divine in each other beginning with SELF.

    2. Question EVERYTHING, believe NOTHING until it meets your highest Truth. There is an error of thought [glitch in the programming] The previous generation infects the newer with the ideas of inferiority, oppression and low self-esteem. Know Thyself

  • well that makes alot of sense

  • Let me know if you would like to exchange email addresses. There is much more....

  • What year are you living in? 1716? White man raping me would be the only way to have biracial children??? LOL LOL LOL Yeah tell that to Naomi Campbell, Diana Ross, Donna Summer, Grace Jones, Garcelle Beauvais, Paula Patton, Jessica White, Eve, Golden from Girlfriends, Kerry Washington, one of the Pointer Sisters, and two of the actresses in that move Why Did I Get Married.

Just beacause I'm black doesn't mean that anything about YOU is where I came from. LOL

  • honey what are you talking about?? first of all I was talking about "hint, hint" slavery. Second of all don't you think this is kind of OLD?? If you look at my page you would clearly see that i'm a HUGE fan of grace jones etc. I even support Mixoonoomatch just because we disagree doesn't mean I don't hear what she's saying. and as far as white men raping you? are you serious? maybe you should re read OR!!! continue to read all of what me and others say before you jump to conculsion

  • jrmetmoi "Just beacause I'm black doesn't mean that anything about YOU is where I came from. LOL"

I don't even know what that comment suppose to me so i'm not even going to pursue it

  • Hey jrmetmoi,

Find yourself a sweet white man. One that is a good provider, has a good job, keeps a good home and cars. Heck he may even rub your feet when your both on the couch watching tv.

You know black men cheat. I watch the Maurry show and know all about Tiger Woods

    [wink] :)

  • Hey friend I just need to comment on this cause I myself am black and asian and I am currently involved with a wonderful Chinese girl and my sis is involved with a wonderful white man. Please don't generalize the whole lot of us biracial guys just cause of the mistake of one multiracial guy who has a thing for white women like some black guys. I respect white people but I am not into their women....just a preference thing.

  • Hey mtreyt,

I added the [wink] and smile at the end of that post to show that it was kind of 'tongue and cheek'

I am white and my gf is black and sometimes we kid each other about stuff like that. I might say to her 'you know Black men are gonna cheat' and she will say something like 'them's your people' when she see's a silly white person.

There is a little truth to that post must it is mostly humor.

  • Tiger Woods is no doubt an idiot but don't throw him as a stereotypical black man...though what he did takes on those stereotypes. Not all of us go after white women. I am one of those that don't. I look like the guy only a tad bit lighter but do not share his ideals or preferences. Happy New YEARS

  • Happy New Year mtreyt,

I was playing the part of a silly white guy trying to make himself appear a good choice for black women.

I really dont judge Tiger. We all have choices but then we also reap what we sow.

    Best of luck to you..

  • LOL

  • @mindscience2008 men and women cheat it has nothing to do with white or black. i watch maurry to...

  • and how the hell do you think thoe creoles were born?? so it's obvious the white man just didn't fuck i creoles mistresses as you say. know your history

  • when it comes to the opposite sex it's about attraction. just like how i won't date ugly. yea you have a nice personality, but i don't like looking at your face!

  • ...I don't want ugly either (who does? lol). It's just scary to me when I hear people who "justify" their "preferences" by generalizing a whole race of men or women as "ugly" simply by virtue of belonging to that race. That's the problem.

  • maybe some ppl don't find certain features as physically attractive. maybe pale skin or thin lips or pointed noses just don't turn me on??? it isn't racism. it's racialism. you like what you like.

if someone doesn't like big lips, curvy bodies (not what those fat ppl always talk about. i mean beyonce halle berry types) dark skin or kinky hair then they shouldn't attempt to be with a black person out of political correctness.

  • ...So, what I have a problem with is when those preferences get in the way of rationality. Because it is ultimately about out improvement and progression. We have to change, and that includes changing our ideas about race. Racism will live on as long as people consider skin a relevant issue, and as long as people are "mating" according to race, racism will continue in one form or another...

  • well, your mixed race so what race do you prefer. everyone has preferences. you like one more than you do the other. it's natural. i'm mixed and i prefer black guys. i consider myself to be a black woman.

  • It's fine to have preferences, and by no means am I saying that I don't. However, in all honesty, none of my preferences are based on race. I don't like any race of men more than the other.

Frankly, it is natural to have sexual/mating preferences, but the problem is that our ideas of race and how we view each race were artificially created. Race doesn't really matter, but unfortunately, we made it matter, so now, people "care" that their mate is a certain skin color...

  • Step your cam game up it's to slow, other than that nice vid nice tits, couldn't hear what you said..

  • Don't watch the video then. And keep your nasty comments to yourself next time.

  • no! freedom of Speech! and quit wearing them sexy shirts making all of us men horny then lulz you have alot of male viewers cuz ur pretty good lookin. yeah i know i just up'd your ego but aye?

  • All I have to say is:

Freshlyground - "Pot Belly" Music Video

  • Adorable!! Loved it, really did! Thanks for sharing!

  • This is interesting. You have to realize this........ Human problems cannot be solved with sex/relationships unless you believe in the Bonobo's approach.................The last time people tried to solve problems with sex/relationship we had hippies..........On a side note you are pretty good at whitewashing history. I can't believe you stepped over Natives like they never existed.

  • The fact of the matter is, humans are animals and are instinctively driven by sex and relationships. I don't think all problems will be changed with sex, but I think when people start examining how they view relationships, how they choose to enter into relationships and why they do so the way that they do, many will find that race should not be an issue and that it only is because society has made it so.

As to the Natives comment, I'm not really sure what you are talking about.

  • Ummm okay

  • well thank you for the input

  • btw what i mean by opposite is the value system being taught. Some are taught to praise "hard work" other are taught to praise "results"

Some have a bottom line way of rationalizing being unjust or mistreating people...while others are taught to accept the mistreatment's of others and get theirs. Protect your own...yet they never teach you the second part of that saying. Your own is not based on last name or bloodline...its bigger. We are all eachothers' own. we all shed the same blood&tears

  • I can relate. I went to private school for 13 yrs. Not an Exeter, Deerfield, Andover type of private, but I know what you mean. My family is not well off and yet most of my friends, schoolmates and people in summer programs with me growing up were quite so. It breeds the opposite of what is bred in the hood. "They aren't us"...They dont understand "our" lives and at best we will need to engage eachother in passing in a business setting some day. It just keeps people ignorant and separated.

    pce

  • Fine ass mami ;-)

  • BTW, I'd date you.

  • Unfortunately, people are limited to their own ignorance. They only know what they want to know, they are only go willing to go so far in the deep end of the pool. That is the case.

View the world with a blind man's eye. It's an individual effort.

  • dam ur hot!!!!!!

  • Excellent point about "tolerating" others. I've been making that arguement for years, we have to LOVE each other, not tolerate. How does it make you feel when somebody says "I tolerate you"? What a silly, leftist thing to say. Tolerate = indifference.

  • "imagine a world full of hot mixed chicks! -paradise- "

I don't think so. They would become the norm and look boring. Abnormality breeds curiosity.

  • Can't agree more.

  • Hey Felicia! What do you think of Miss California statement? Isn't that outrageous, they did not let her win, just because she had had different opinion?

  • Racism is never going to go.....then again. Maybe in a 1000 years that might change, but not today.

  • agreed. . . . .indeed!!!!

  • Very well said.

  • I really liked your video.... Th only thing is I think what your saying would work better if it was the other way around.

    Let me explain

Instead of more interracial relationships breaking the race barrier I think it would be more effective to talk seriously about the issues with race and from there we will see more IR relationships.

Either way its all good : )

  • Very introspective video !

I remember coming across a quote back in high school that I really loved..."Fuck Tolerance, I want Acceptance !" People who are pro-tolerance do not realize that it is a double-edged sword. Being 'tolerant,' as you said, is just a "nicer" way of saying you put up with people.

  • Just curious, do you have any siblings or are you an only child??

  • I have a younger sister.

  • One thing I would like to say is some people prefer other races simply because it's their preference. Just like those men and women who prefer blondes, brunettes, and red heads.

I understand what you're saying about comfort levels and that may explain why it is I am dating someone similar to me whom is darker. We share common interests and our personalities compliment one another. This is my comfort level. Still I would not have found her if I wasn't attracted to black women.

  • And if we keep mix racing, we will eventually have another case of Latinos. People of African decent that knows nothing of their Black African heritage. Or people like you that don't identify as "Black." This is a threat to the black community in America. We are already dying of aids, heart disease , and cancer, and you want us to be erased by race mixing as well? I dont think so, darling. I will NOT have my great grandkids being the only blacks left in America.

  • Most Latinos are of white (Spanish) and Native American descent. And most of those who are part black are open about it. To be Latino is a totally different thing than to be African American, and it is obvious that you just don't get it. Don't talk about Latinos without understanding that it is not just about skin color for a lot of them, it is about culture.

  • Most Latinos are of European and African decent. The word Latino derives from the old Latin language word Ladino, which means Spanish born African slave. The majority of Native American indians were killed. This "culture" that you talk about was brought to the Americas by Black African slaves. This is exactly why we need more Black History months to educate about worldwide black history. Only 15% of African Slaves were brought to the United States. The majority was taken to "Latin" America.

  • "Europeans are the largest single group, and they and people of part-European ancestry combine for approximately 80% of the population." People of African descent make up a large minority, but a minority nonetheless. Mestizos (people of Native American and European descent) are a majority in half of all Latin American countries. That culture I talk about is a mixture of those brought by Europeans, Africans, and, of course, Amerindians. Facts are facts.

  • Furthermore, the word "Latino" was NOT derived from the word "Ladino." It was derived from the Latin word "Latinus, Latina" simple meaning "Latin." As we all know, Spanish, the most widely spoken language in Latin American, is a romance language, meaning it was derived from the language of Rome, i.e. Latin.

  • AIDS, heart disease and cancer kill all races; disease does not discriminate. I don't want anyone to be
