Basic windmill, my ass. Anyone can do a windmill but you have to do this one while your body is sideways to the rim, which is crazy harder than it looks. Unless you're also 6'5" like me and been dunking since high school don't even bother trying to argue.

There's a reason why dunkers rate it so high on their lists. If you can't dunk then you won't know how hard that one is to do. And who exactly has done it before? I've seen many dunkoffs and nobody does it because its easy to lose your balance when you're almost parallel to the floor.

How is #2 overrated? I used to practice dunks on my rim and that is one of the hardest and scariest dunks to pull off. You're performing a windmill jumping sideways with your whole body leaning towards the basket. We see so many between the legs dunks but no one ever dares to try Jordan's kiss the rim.
