Jessica, I agree....where are these people gettign these numbers? I put a bid on a home that was listed at $289 and I bid $260...they counter offered at $275....and that was still overpriced...I countered $264, they countered $274!! Yes, only $1k lower than original counter....I said..rip up the contract! Oh, by the way....you are such a pleasure to listen to and very easy on the eyes. :) Keep up the great commentary.
