this in not an animation of a diesel, diesels dont have spark plugs they use multi port fuel injections that spray fuel into a high temp spiral of air that then combust the fuel/air mixture due to the high air temp created by the compression of the cylinder.

incorrect, glow plugs do not fire, they warm the cylinder up to ignite the fuel as it enters the cylinder under high pressure, also, glow plugs are rounded on the end, if you look in the video, the plugs are curved with an electrode, as is spark, which means spark ignition, which means petrol

absolutely incorrect, diesels do not use spark plugs, they use GLOW plugs, this means that they warm the cylinder up before diesel is injected at high pressure to combust, these spark thus spark ignition, (pertol) not compression ignition (diesel)

This could be a diesel engine but it doesnt look like it. Diesel engines do have plugs(glowing not sparking), but the are only in use in the beginning before the engine gets hot.

i think i know... if you take a look on animation of working engine (4:57) you can see there injection device and spark plug. I hadn't ever seen, that there were two injection devices in diesel engine
