Can anyone tell me what you're supposed to do with your throat to produce these overtones? I've been trying non-stop for nearly 3 days and have gotten nowhere!
I will not deny I spent over 20 minutes in the bathroom doing these little exercises and when I managed to get it right I giggled like an excited child...
I'm currently studying Sygyt style overtone singing and this is exactly the kind of scholarly deconstruction my German rationalist brain needs to visualize the technique! Thank you!

Once you get the overtone to sound, how do you change the pitch?

After watching this I mastered getting an overtone within 5 minutes after days of trying. Thank you!

We're all born with a resonant low-pass filter apparently!

@prinznevsky I hope mine is a 24 decibel/octave lowpass ladder filter. RIP Bob Moog.

@HomebrandMusic01 I wish I could spend a year with her on top of a mountain.
Strictly platonic, but singing, every day.
