I am envisioning a series of nightmares in a BAD, LARGE nursing home. Above and beyond the sickly bellowings of the ill and insane, the sound of bodily fluids dripping on linoleum (2:28), and the percussion representing metal tray tables (and the lids that keep food hot) clanging to and fro as patients writhe in mindless, unimaginable agonies, ending with subdued cries as inhabitants are finally held down or medicated heavily.
