Compared to ur vid from july u seemed to get a bigger biceps and a thicker back...however ur abs are more defined. Did u lose fat and gain muscle simultanously or did u split it up in bulking and fat loss? Really wondering... Amazing physique btw!
Has anyone ever told you that God loves you and has a Wonderful plan for your life? let me ask you a quick but important question if you were to die today do you know for sure beyond a shadow of a doubt if you would go to heaven if not say this with you heart and lips out loud Jesus, forgive me of my sin, save me, be my Lord,U have come in the flesh, died & rose for me,Jesus is my Lord.
@rimodard To be honest with you, I tried using it for about 6 months, then the last 4-5 months I haven't been using it, no real difference. It is handy if you can't get good protein in, but I'd much rather you eat real food. know what I mean?
@FitnessFAQs Thanks for fast reply :) Did you gain any fat on the way ? Im most worried about this, Im afraid that im gonna get alot fat and then I cant get it off
@infidelkillsalot Well, I enjoy bodyweight movements because I can gain a better physique and become functionally stronger. I supplement lower body workouts with heavy weighted squats/deadlifts from time to time.
But I do agree, a combination of both would be optimal.
@Poskusin Lmao no im not actually, i talked to this guy about it so shut your fucking face. We went over our bodies and how he is a little bit bigger then me becasue he weighs more. but other then that hes not doing bad, just need to work on those abs
@Romulo282838 its because he got a lot leaner as well, check his 17 years old post workout flexing and check this, you can see the difference in definition
Pure Calisthenics = functional strength. I've stopped using weights altogether. Reading Convict Conditioning and watching your vids have been great inspiration for me. Thanks.
Holla! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my GF got really defined 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

@FitnessFAQs anyway man, keep up the good work, cuz whatever u're doin, u're doing it great. and i hope one i could manage to do it like you. wish me luck, thanks for the videos cuz they're my motivations
I've been working out for three years, all what happened is that I got ripped, I didn't get much bigger. Im 18 now, does taking extra proteins helps, if so how long does it take ?
@GgGXxX93 yes, to gain size you need to get about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day. Realistically you can gain about 5 lbs of pure muscle in a year. 10 lbs if your a genetically gifted individual. check out scooby's workshop for more info.
hey dude i was just wondering what kind of food you ate like how many meals calorie intake and what different foods u have ? also how much do you weigh?
This is pretty much the body I'm keen to get. I'm 60kg and just started working out as of 3 days ago. I have just purchased protein powder. Do you have any suggestions? How many muscle groups do you do per day?
How on earth did you gain sooo much mass doing just body weight workouts? I know you can get ridiculously ripped... like i went from 60 pushups to over 500 in 4 months per workout... but i still don't see how you can really increase difficulty without just increasing reps... HELP PLEASE!! :)
@bordercollielover100 Static holds, really slow reps, advanced moves such as front levers, one arm pull ups, planches, handstand pushups, explosive reps, get creative!
@FitnessFAQs hey, two more questions... how often should I vary training (explosive, slow reps, etc) and what would you recommend for a workout split? also do you have any experience with the TRX?
@bordercollielover100 mate, move ur hands further down your body and alternate the style of pushup. standard, wide arms, staggered. try doing as many pushups as u can with ur hands level with your hips and upper body hanging over. that will help you get started towards planche pushups.
@bordercollielover100 k ur complete boulshit. 500 pushups my azz. If u culd miracly do 500 pushups you wuldnt be looking up these types of vids anyways.
@GroundPhobia actually, i'm telling the truth, I can do over 500 pushups in a workout that lasts 30-45 minutes. I timed myself and I can do 102 pushups in 3 minutes with good form. I wanted to know how to gain more mass, because right now my strength to weight ratio is excellent but I want my muscles to become larger. So next time, before you go making accusations about a person that you know nothing about consider how big of a dipshit you are before you do so. have a nice day jerkpube.
@bordercollielover100 Make a video of you doing it then. No human can do that many pushups in that much time, so the video should be viral, name it (i iz boulshit alien).
@GroundPhobia Ok I will. Just so you know that it is completely possible enter "Strong 101, 100 Pushup challenge" into the youtube search bar. This guy did 100 in 2:06, which is nearly a minute less than me, so doing 102 in 3 minutes is completely possible. Know your stuff, before you write crap.
@bordercollielover100 serously u can do 500 push ups none stop ? i wanna know your training program man cuz i have 3 months to muscle up in summer and i wanna gain some big amount of muscle
@7moooo1 no, I can't do 500 nonstop, if I could I would go for a world record haha but over the course of a workout that lasts about 30 minutes that is the amount of pushups that I can do. If you want to gain mass doing lots of pushups is not the way to do it. Doing lots of reps just makes you gain muscular endurance, not much strength or size. If you want to gain size you are going to have to either follow a program like Scooby's workshop or Building the Gymnastic Body by Coach Sommer.
@bordercollielover100 well the world record for 1 hour is 4 k and for nonestop i guess 10 k and something so i dont see what u gonna make nah juz kidding ^^ well are u sure pushing yourself to do more push ups and doing them slow wont gain u bigger chest muscle anyway am going to check coach sommer program
@7moooo1 yes, i'm almost positive that doing more reps will not help you gain size, just endurance. enter "body weight strength training" into google and read the article by eatmoveimprove, it gives the reasoning behind it and the proper way to body weight strength train. good luck!
@bordercollielover100 To get really strong and gain muscle mass from bodyweight work outs, you have to slow each rep down and keep perfect form. To gain strength and muscle, it is not about how many reps you do.
Since you can do 500 push ups, you should start working on 1 handed push ups really slow. 2sec down pause for a second then 2 secs up for example. With the perfect form at a slow controlled pace, do 10 to 15 reps for each side.

Interesting that you say this is your current physique when you show only the top half. How are your calves and thighs? They're part of your body also.
hmm i have been training for 8 months now and like i do have results, i don't have any diets or something, i just eat like a regular person would.. but i don't think i would achieve this in 2 years man.. what's the trick?
@FitnessFAQs i should be ashamed lol im 19. u was already skinny which i think its easier to get biult than being skinny fat(fat only in some places.)
dude what advice can you give to me when working out with strictly calisthenics? i don't know how to do it effectively. should i do it with a circuit or what? please help.
@remuko18 I have been training for close to two years, all bodyweight workouts.
Althought I was shortchanging myself with results due to having a horrible diet, junk food ect, so these results can be achieved much quicker with a well balanced diet and consistent, yet increasingly difficult training program.
@FitnessFAQs yeah I'm totally fucking myself by eating cake, processed foods. but during the winter time those foods tend to come out of the wood work. Whats your diet bro? can you help me out?
do you have to eat really well for this ? i not over weight at all. i eat alot of protein and work out mostly everyday,

how long of total training did you do?
remuko18 1 year ago
@remuko18 I have been training for close to two years, all bodyweight workouts.
Althought I was shortchanging myself with results due to having a horrible diet, junk food ect, so these results can be achieved much quicker with a well balanced diet and consistent, yet increasingly difficult training program.

@FitnessFAQs yeah I'm totally fucking myself by eating cake, processed foods. but during the winter time those foods tend to come out of the wood work. Whats your diet bro? can you help me out?
