A lot of us hip hop heads get excitement from the words that someone is saying as well as the flow and cadence that they exhibit while saying those words. That shows true skill and talent to us, not just having a nice voice. Having an interesting voice is definitely an advantage and that's why rappers that have that are popular while true lyricists like Skyzoo are not.
