yea i dunno, i agree with AforAtmosphere on this one about the progression of the band and what they have become. kind of disappointing to watch a development like that, too bad they couldnt progress into even better melo death. but putting that aside I like all of their albums to date, then again im not necessarily a metal head, jimi hendrix exp is my other favorite band lol. im just saying it would have been interesting to see what they could do had they continued with their original sound.
With regard to "Likes and Dislikes".....obviously one person is an IDIOT. Old In Flames is completely awesome. I was soooo blown away when I first heard them.
the only new inflames i can stand is every album before soundtrack to your escape. they had some ok songs throught the rest of the their career. But yeah Rerout to Remain and then back in time until Lunar Strain is the greatest in flames.

@serpientenegra Ya i love Melodic Death Metal...and i still like In Flames 'newer' albums...but after Clayman they just werent really MeloDeath anymore but i did love Reroute To Remain it is one of their Best albums i think....and i also love Dark Tranquillity,Arch Enemy,Children Of Bodom,Soilwork,At The Gates,and ive really gotten into Norther and Kalmah lately Insomnium are good too...:)
