There's a lot of bad karma connected with pretending to be a Rinpoche. In fact, pretending to have powers and insight that one doesn't have brings some of the heaviest bad karma a person can get. Falsely adopting the name "Rinpoche" is really a very bad omen for this guy's future. I suppose now that he's a TV psychic, he's more easy to identify as a con artist, so that is a step in the right direction.
