The guy standing up is pissed because he is a prince whose family got overthrown and he is trying to fly to the bank to wire 100 million usd to the United States because someone there gave him wiring instructions to transfer the funds out of Nigeria in exchange for part of the money. Now he doesn't have a seat and can't wire the money as promised. Plus, apparently he lost out on some fried chicken too!
