Rock sold more merch than Austin in 99, one of his segments is the highest rated in WWE history hence why they named a show after him Smackdown. Many have tried and failed miserably to do what Rock did then they boast about how they stayed when its only bc Hollywood didnt want them. Rock gets paid a lot more and works a lot less and he was dominate in the golden era.

Back then, Cena really wanted to wrestle him, and that's what most people thought that. I was merely commenting upon the spectacle and how silly and removed it is from events that actually mean something in the world. All spectator sports are manufactured to occupy the mind of the common people to distract them from learning about things that really matter. Nothing has changed since ancient Rome.

i don't know what you guys think.. The Rock's the most electrifying man in all of entertainment? I agree with that. but I don't agree with him being the people's champ. He left WWF/WWE for movies. He prioritized making movies than his wrestling fans. I ain't a little kid, but in this feud, I'm with John Cena.

the rock needs to grow his hair back.. I don't like the bald look.
and I hate the little gotee he has now, but he may have that for the GI JOE movie, not sure... but I wish the ROCK was back fulltime, I can handle watching WWE when he is on.. It is horrible anymore.. Since 2005 or so it's just been awful.

@TheHuntervalentyne Seriously? The Rock put over a lot of people. He put over Angle, Y2J, Mankind and Brock Lesnar to give them their first world title win. The Rock has never had a problem with putting over other guys. How long have you bee watching? Also Orton, Edge and Punk didn't need Cena to make them better. They were already better than him.
