Where is the proper Xmas clerup then??

It is because the truck weighs 23.5 tonnes but the back plate is right at back soooooo!

They were overfull are'nt they? Was that they end of they work?? On my route if the truck is more than 23.5 tonnes they in trouble even if it's 25tonne truck!!! If they ware that full as mike and jonson on my route they would be in very series truoble!! By the way how much can they have on the truck and how much did they have??? Did they changed the truck on part2?????

@soltysi That cant be right if the GVW gross weight is 25 gvw thats what you can have up to .

@robinsonm08 you have to be careful with the axle weight though, the truck could be well below the GVW but if one of its axles is overweight you can get prosecuted

@yerwotaname Indeed, this was always a bloody pain when I worked on 7.5 tonne trucks with a single pallet of stuff because it always had to go in the middle of the body and they were forever collapsing as a result.

@yerwotaname well you cant control that so i disagree it you got scales and it says not over weight then what cna they do.

@robinsonm08 all scales have GVW and front and rear axle weights on the Vosa plate in the cab are maximum axle weights if you exceed you can get prosecuted bin lorrys have that problem due to all the weight at the back I was told thgis by VOSA and the technician who put installed the scales on my truck

@robinsonm08 VOSA can and have prosecuted over axle weights proper weigh scales will have a GVW readout and an axle read out and the VOSA plate in the cab gives the maximum weight each axle can carry

@robinsonm08 scales have GVW and axle weights on trucks and VOSA have and will prosecute if you have overloaded axles you can control it by moving the plate forward so taking the pressure off and bringing the centre of weight forward

@yerwotaname Yes Thats okay if you have finished as if you moce the Ejector Barrier forward you loose pressure on the load so you wont get as much on then .

Niceeee :) Am really liking seeing these Dennis Phoenix 2's with my fav Terberg lifters in your last two videos! That wagon right at the end looked as packed as ours was today- we only had like 10.2 tonnes on but we manually packed about 20 or so bins just to finish of a street before our first tip run. With that first bin, I'm presuming either the catcher bar wasn't on the right setting or that the lid was damaged which is why it got stuck?

@wheeliechook the lid was too far open and the pegs missed the bar, went over them and got stuck. then the bar on the second truck got jammed in the 1100l flat lid position so Gav and Mike were standing on the open packer blade to force the bar back down into the right position

@wheeliechook the pressure is down too much then a 26 tonne lorry should pack 11.5 without the hopper being full .

packed out Matt this is my favouite vidio on yt now even thought it s a PHOENIX 2 next week i hope that im on one of the narrow p2 trucks down here that we got as i want to use the grey button i dont know how you can sweep it manuly as when i had a go on it before as soon as it starts to sweep it goes on its own hence thats why it is a semi auto matic sweep but like when i said on the phone when trev done it down here it was sweeping by useing the grey button it can be done .

Awsome Matt much appriciation there going to my numbe1 favouite now thats what you call packin it we do that at work as well its alright filling the hopper and you can as long as you arnt over weight if the pressure is down then you can do that .Also awsome thats the first time ive sean a wide trak p2 jam up also ask what they had on that .did they tip afeter 10 starts !!!!
