Lakin's orders may not be criminal facially but they are unlawful. (that is they are being derived by an authority which is unconstiutional because the Commander In Chief is ineligible) This violates Lakin's Constitutional oath which trumpts UCMJ regulations. Without a Commander In Chief, military orders have no constitutional authority. While the De Facto Officer doctrine exists, there is no way it can usurper or wipe away Lakin's God Sworn oath to the consitution. If Obama is ineligible, then Obama a domestic enemy of the constitution and Lakin must uphold his oath - so help him God!
