This was a very FUN shoot to work on! Alex was a very Cool guy! I am going to post some Behind the scenes of the Director myself and some other crew working on this video soon... We shot it at the old SIR stages on sunset and Gower, which also used to be where they shot a lot of the Three Stooges Shorts it's now a brand new building used by Columbia Studios... I think we shot this in 1991??

A few years back I saw Alexander O'Neal at a club near my workplace. He didn't have a band but pre-recorded music. At one point in the show, the machine broke. O'Neal continued to sing for some minutes til the equipment was fixed, we were enjoying the sound of his voice acappella so much that when the machine was fixed, we booed. O'Neal cracked up and continued the show. When it was done, he graciously signed a cd I'd brought with me......very cool guy.

yeah I know what you mean... I saw him in Nuernberg during the All true man tour, he was lit up and not giving a f***, he had us all on the stage dancing with him as he sang it.
