That annoucer still exist on NBC5 Chicago.
he used to do NBC11 San Francisco and NBC4 LA

The Novocom and Tower Graphics also fits with
KNBC and that announcer fits with the Tower theme when He says "Paul Moyer" in the open
WMAQ and WRC are the only NBC O&O that still uses the Tower
i will Miss Allen and Shannon!
