Her album "Human" SHOULD have been given more publicity, and definitely should have sold alot more then it has. This album talked about things outside the box of normal R&B. The words and the music, each and every lyric, was powerful. Still it bombed. Just goes to show how many of us out there would rather play the victim. I like Brandy, and I love her voice, but i could tell this is really scripted. in the family business show they NEVER showed her daughter, and she never mentioned her. all she was focused on was finding a damn man, they made her look totally desperate. @Bebe2020Mega Brandy mentioned in interviews that she didn't want Syrai on the show so that she could be away from the cameras, the media, etc to protect her from all that drama. This docu-series seem to have a different set-up from the reality show. I don't like how A Family Business potrayed Bran, but Ray J had a lot to do with the footage that was selected. This one will hopefully be more focused on the music creation process with Bran.

They found out that you could use a whole bunch of fake email accounts and still vote hundreds of times and have them count. They found out that you could use a whole bunch of fake email accounts and still vote hundreds of times and have them count. Also, the night before Brandy was eliminated, her voting phone lines were always busy or not accepting calls.

Anyways, most logically SANE people are over the hardships in Brandy's personal life. No one really cares anymore. DWTS was an indication of Brandy being back in the hearts of American people. Endorsements, TV, Film, Back2Back Platinum selling records, Grammy Winning song that she actually co-wrote & co-produced, Producing credits on two hit TV shows and on tv movies, a top selling doll, she did all of this AS a minor....she sold a 17 million WW album before you could actually purchase singles/albums online...She inspired many of this generation entertainers, & I am sure her marketing style inspired the way Disney now market their stars.

@canelizbermo1188 That's fine, because she has NOTHING to prove to you or anyone else. She's a singer's singer. She's so versatile vocally, that she's got multiple tones to her voice. She knows that every song doesn't need a gospel run or melody, (Like from the singers you mentioned) Why would Kelly Price take time to watch Brandy sing in her bathroom on youtube and praise her? Look it up. Brandy doesn't need to sell the 'big voice' because she's a singer that other artists respect and admire.

i didnt know that failure affected her so much, i mean sometimes we look at celebrities and be like, "they dont read these blogs, they dont care if we buy their album, they rich!" but sometimes we need to think about how they feel and how they gatta guess what the public wants then they're so excited to drop it and if no one buys it, they kinda feel worthless, sighh im rooting for you brandy! this trailer gave me a whole new respect for u!

Lastly she needs to realize how much respect she has in the industry... If she wanted to she could make a phone call her self to the new/veteren artists currently on billboard hot and ask to do a feature/2nd verse suprise performance. ie, novacane by frank ocean is so hot right now and brandy comin in on a 2nd version rippin and runnin it would be a great anticipation move for her single/album release

we have been longing for. R&B is on its way back and Brandy's gonna usher in the movement. On top of that she's gonna be on Lifetime and other TV projects. (by the way BRAN /Domo/Anybody...if you reading this hit me up I have some ideas for you , ie to guest star on Single Ladies since you and Latifah go way back.). Everyone in the industry honestly is patiently waiting on her projects, I have heard producers show excitement and anticipation!

Brandy's vocal ability is unmatched. She truly is an Icon that has molded a generation of singers and producers and songwriters. She is legendary and one of the few talents to dominate televion, music and movies. her debut album is a TIMELESS R&B classic and to hear her say she is going back to that...is what I've been waiting to hear since 98...this girl's voice is the truth....a lot of ppl sleep on Brandy but I'm telling you vocally she is up there...now its time for her to show everybody what she is made of!!...early in her career she reminded me of a young whitney..certain ad-libs and runs mirrored whitney's vocals...hopefully she'll be getting back to that type of singing that is where she shined

@troynellsantana "Full moon" album was her best vocally by far. She found her own niche/voice with that album. Adlibs, tone and runs overall were outstanding. The debut album was beautiful, but her voice was underdeveloped back then.

she actually has received over 100 awards as a teen singing star! not hard to believe since she is soooo talented! check her wikipedia page to find out. when she hit the scene, she took off! i was always singing "best friend" in elementary school :) her show Moesha was a cultural phenomenon and we have/must support her in her dream to comeback! If you are a true and diehard fan of B-Rocka, you would want to support her so she can fill the void of music that's felt today. CAN'T WAIT 2 BUY THE CD

All this talk about other artist doesn't matter to me. U can not compare Artist to others because they are all UNIQUE in their own way! This Unique and Amazing voice stuff is stupid. They have a voice that just sounds different from others which makes them their own person. They can all sing that people are naming just in different ranges and style.
