But you cant just hit anyone on the field in rugby. You can only hit the ball carrier, so you don't really have to worry about someone knockin your head of unless you have the ball. Also, the runner can't dip his shoulder, he has to run high which will warrant him getting knocked down every time some gets lower than him. Rugby is the ultimate sissy sport. Big hits? only because the runner cant dip his shoulders, so that makes SBW's hit's look not so spectacular..lol

He is currently the top defensive tackle in the NFL, 6-4 350 pounds, and he said that rugby is his favorite sport and that it developed him into the player he is today. He is playing the same position as Okoye
