  • I know exactly what you are talking about in a reversed way - I'm not an overeater, but an anorexic. The whole "losing a lover"-part is a perfect description. Eating disorders really aren't that different. Anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, EDNOS etc. ... it's all the same feelings

  • this is sooo true you are literally saying what i think while I'm on the urge of binging

  • jesus christ. water fasting is like the absolute worst possible thing you can do for body composition.

  • increase your fat intake. primarily omega 3's and other fats such as nuts. Your diet is not stable in energy and this is why you get junk cravings. Lifting wegihts will help insulin sensativity.

  • PLZZ HELP i can say that im strong enough to handle the emotions but will that be overestimating myself and set me up for disaster? I need to stop binging. im gonna watch your h2o fasting vid and comment now!

  • Again, It is like you are in my head. You give me the strenght to keep going. Watching your videos from the point where I started..We were much more slim. So it was like gosh how when?!? You know? So, I wish now I had gone and started fromt he beinging it would have saved these months of heartache. I keep on with M&M's!! They are my fix. I used to smoke and I quit...well, I then turned to food. My bad huh? Had I known then what I know now. It would have been dif. Thanx 4 tha help.

  • there was no weight loss tips or tips how to stop binging in this.

    i find when i fast i feel great.

    the longer i go the better i feel.

    it's only when i start to eat again i feel extremely depressed.

  • Try eating fresh foods only- fresh salads, fresh fruits, great quality whole foods (limit nonfruit and nonsalads). You will feel very blessed with health and vitality.
