With today's technology, all law enforcement should be equipped with hands free cameras and be required to switch them on for every interaction. I have seen patrol cars with this feature and it is a valuable tool. This will help clear up a lot of confusion. If the officer doesn't turn it on, that says a lot too.

- Second its really hard to tell what is going on in the car itself once the cops stop the car because the video does not provide a clear view of the alleged gunmen's actions and only shows the cops reaction.

The gunshots were not from the car, they were AT the car, several witnesses reported (including those who were shot by the police). Several other cellphones were destroyed / confiscated as the cops brutalized the witnesses. There will be criminal accusations against the victim and possibly a drop gun found days later. Waiting for the 'discovery' of narcotics in the car. Cops continued their roid rage afterward and even shot the fire captain's car until he crashed. Waiting for justice.
