i used to practice WTF,im checking now ITF and think its much better,specially not using those chest protector gives more free and mobility to the fighter...every time i used to put the chest protectors i feel like a mommy,like robocop,Fighters can not move,you feel like fighting with a wooden barrel around your body...AWEFUL....
