Out of all the different versions of Austen Movies....I think the Masterpiece Theatre versions are the best! Emma, Northager Abbey, Persuasion....Mansfield Park! Simply beautifully made!

A brilliant adaptation presenting a Fanny Price ready for the 21.century: Sharp-witted and ironical, self-conscious but also self- critical instead of the more inactive character of the book. At the end she gets what she wants - the "creepy" smile I consider an absolute highlight of the film says it all. So three cheers for script, realization and - of course - a wonderful Frances O'Connor as Fanny Price. She's the one!

I really hate this adaptation, I don't think it accurate to the book at all, but I love Jonny Lee Miller as Edmund (though he's now more of a Mr. Knightley to me).

I loved Johnny in this but that my only reason liking it...i mean i hate how he just tells her he loves her idkk it was too sudden and not romantic enough..I adore the other Mansfield Park..Blake Ritson is my perfect Edmund...Johnny is perfect Mr. Knightly though!!!! But Also dude what is up with her giving the creepy smile at the end of the kiss...totally ruined it

Wow. this is a terrible version of the Mansfield Park, I really do not like the actress playing Fanny. Billy Piper played the role much better even though I am not a big fan of hers.

The Edmund from the 2007 Mansfield Park was Mr. Elton in that version of Emma. I wonder if they knew that they'd both played the same character in diiferent versions of Mansfield Park.
